Susan is wonderful to work with. Foremost, she is professional, knowledgeable, and very patient when things needed to be explained. She had to explain certain things multiple times (I am a dinosaur and not tech savvy at all) and never once indicated she was annoyed. She was available virtually 24/7 for all problems or fixes needed. I would recommend Susan to anyone who needs a great webmaster as well as wanting to work with a great person.
