Paul Silver started performing handyman work in the late 1960's in a family business (managing rental apartments). He financed much of his college education working at Grossman's in several of their stores, as well as their door & window factory. His career in high-tech was distinguished by founding & managing one consulting company, and managing 3 others.
In the corporate world he rose to the position of Director of Employment at Internet incubator CMGI, managing a large staff & multi-million dollar budget. He's a sometimes orchestral musician (playing clarinet in Boston's Longwood Symphony Orchestra, and the Concord Band).

Services
Handyman Heroes is a multi-capability handyman business servicing North Central, Upper Cape Cod, and the South Coast of Massachusetts. Our roots are in support of homeowners with small home maintenance-type projects - the kind jobs most established contractors won't return your telephone call about - and that many property owners lack the expertise (or time) to do themselves.
We service a broad array of residential & commercial customer needs. Our residential customers know that "No job is too small for us" (though we do have a minimum charge of 1 hour). Our most rapidly growing sector is the retail property maintenance field where we boast numerous national firms as steady customers.
Our customer satisfaction rate normally hovers between 98% & 99%. So it's pretty unusual for us to get into a situation where we're compelled to take aggressive collections actions. But our high volume of small projects turns that 1-2% into as many as a few situations per year. We guarantee our services; materials & workmanship, and by policy will re-do projects that have had complications (a relative rarity) until the customer is satisfied.
