Services
The Odd Fellow Rebekah Home Association Inc was established in 1889. It is owned and operated by the Odd Fellow and Rebekah fraternal orders of Wisconsin. The Organization began with families taking care of families, providing over a century of change and adapting to meet the needs in the community.
Providing dignity, care and warmth in a caring environment since 1889. Our 88 bed skilled nursing facility is located to clinics, two area hospitals all in historic Astor neighborhood. Our restorative nursing staff is committed to maintaining those hard earned accomplishments. With the help and guidance of our specially trained staff we assist with all activities of daily living to maintain or maximize your independence.
Odd Fellows is a uniquely designed building. On one end, you have our beautiful Astor Terrace Rehab and a convenient walk through an indoor walkway you arrive at the recently renovated long term care side of Odd Fellow Home. In the event you are not able to return home, our long term care units in Odd Fellow Home allow you to stay at the facility with the staff you have developed relationships with.
As a C.N.A., you will provide basic patient care under the direction of a nurse, but at Odd Fellow Home, you are so much more than that. You are an extremely valuable member of a team that focuses on quality care. You have a voice and you make a difference. We have full and part time openings in the rehab and in the Long-Term Care units.

Very poor care for those seeking adequate care. Minimal security in the buildings and lack of supervision for patients.

OSHA standards require every job to give there employees a mandatory 30 min uninterrupted lunch break and where ever they choose to go as well they do not need to stay on the premises they work at. the company is not required to pay you for your lunch break and are in violation of federal law by interrupting an employees lunch break for a staff schedule meeting which was also not mandatory but made employees cut there breaks short 10 to 15 mins to have this meeting which was also not paid for big violation theres so many more violations just from me observing this place and the way they operate

Visited an Aunt on the weekend. Room smelled of urine. I sat on a chair it broke. Thank goodness it was not her. Plus the fabric was filthy . Asked the nurse for a new chair. She pointed to a family waiting area . Went to get one. Both were filthy and one was completely ripped out. Her hair was matted in the back. She hid her nails from me as she was embarrassed by them. Her pillowcase was stained from old saliva . To one side she looked at a dirty privacy curtain between her and room mate , the hallway where she could see another patient and the wall ahead of her which had thumb tacks and some

This place has a very calm atmosphere. They're friendly to all leashed dogs and everyone is more than happy about that. All the staff is very friendly and accommodating. They give the residents a sense of peace and really make the place feel home-like.

I work at another facility and have had a resident of ours at this facility for rehab. I have NEVER had such blatant disrespect and lack of professional conduct displayed as to when I was dealing with the case manager and the director. They are not helpful and care more about what they have to deal with than what the resident is dealing with or needs.

Odd Fellows provides wonderful care to their residents, especially long term care. They cared for my grandmother for many years, and my family never regretted our choice of choosing this home. The staff takes time to get to know the residents and their needs, and is very responsive to any concerns brought forward from family. Best nursing home in Green Bay.
