I know during these unprecedented times, doing laundry is an essential service. I do not have a washer/dryer where I live. I wanted to give the Queen Wash a shot.
All the machines were new, great customer service, and an awesome manager to boot. It was my first time here so I made a mistake in selecting the wrong cycle. Didn't know that performing an emergency stop will cancel the cycle and you're not able to make changes. Therefore, I lost money on that cycle and even though the washer states that they don't issue refunds, the manager was able to provide me a refund in the form of credit on my

This is the best laundry mat I've ever been to. It's huge and very clean. But what really makes this place awesome is the staff. I had the great pleasure of meeting Sal. He was so kind and helpful. It was my first time here and I've never used their card system before. He made it super easy. Thanks Sal!!

I used the laundry delivery service and it was easy to use. They pick up next day and deliver the day after. The gentleman who picked up and dropped off our laundry is named Sal. Sal was very efficient, courteous and helpful. Our laundry was delivered neatly folded in clear bags with our receipt attached to each one. Our clothing smelled nice and fresh and was an overall great first time experience. I will definitely be utilizing their pick up service again! Thank you Queen Wash and Sal for helping us out.

I absolutely love this place!! I wish the plaza it was in was a bit less ghetto, but as long as you're just chilling by your laundry, this is the cleanest, best place to do it! I LOVE THE HUGE MACHINES! I have far toooo many clothes, but I can wash them all at once in the bigger machines! 👍 amazing! 🤯

Great place to get your laundry done. I like the fact that you use a laundry card instead of coins and the prices for everything are decent or good. Carlos was a great help to me being that I just moved to area. They are the only laundromat or the first from what I have seen in Oxnard that only does the laundry cards. They have a separate bar section with free Wi-Fi and a flat screen televisions to watch tv while you wait for your clothes to finish. For a fee you can also leave your clothes to be washed and folded for pick up. They also have a pickup and delivery service

Great experience at Queen Wash Laundry. I have my boat docked nearby and it's right down the street. My mom recommended this place to me because she said they have some new massage chairs that are extremely comfortable while you wait for the laundry to finish.
All the machines are brand new and do a fantastic job washing the fish smell off of my clothes. Every wash is sanitized, so kills all germs and bacteria. Vending machines with some nice selection for food and water.

The machine is clean and well maintained. Carlos is the staff at the store. He is very helpful, friendly, and patiently to explain and guide me, who is the first-time customer and a tourist visiting the town. The air quality of the inside the laundromat is good! That makes me and my family feel better to be there.

Best laundromat in Oxnard. Hands down. This place is right down the street from the docks and the machines did a great job of cleaning the fish smell out of my clothes. Most places I go it takes me a couple hours to do all my laundry because I need the big machines... At Queens Wash their was plenty of machines and they work extremely fast and efficiently. Vending machines available for snacks and drinks.
They also sell purified and alkaline water ph+ 9.5. I thought that was really interesting. I will be planning to pick some up next time I am on my way to Channel Islands.

I'm only giving two stars because the employee that works there at night has the worse attitude problem ever! Seems like he really hates his job. He was mopping the floors one night and another customer stepped on the part he was mopping and he was extremely rude about it. He was death staring her down. It's so uncomfortable. I just cannot fathom on how rude he is honestly. I've never seen that in my whole customer service career. Everytime I go there at night and he is there I feel like I'm walking on eggshells. Please hire someone who treats the customers with respect. Besides

I wish I could give them a 5 star rating, however I am slowly starting to avoid coming. I absolutely love the idea of having a laundromat near home, with great prices and great staff.
When you walk in you see a sign saying "Mask Required" however as I am writing this review I am seeing an employee with a face mask under his nose, customers with no face mask, some have it under their chin and walking freely. There's customers parked at the fire lane area in front of the door.
Why have these signs up and policies if no one enforces them?

Today I needed to was a very heavy quilt. I am currently recovering from surgery. The moment I walked into Queen Wash, Cindy immediately began to help me. Her kindness and attention to customer service goes beyond exceptional.
The facility is immaculate with many machines available for use. I will definitely return. Hopefully on my next visit, Cindy will be a manager.

Be warned! If you are here for a single wash go someplace else. It used to be that the machines would except quarters for a single wash however, the owner updated the machines to accept only pre-purchased cards with a value of $10 or greater.
Also, there seems to be a lot of problems with the debit cards either the machines breakdown or this is a bug in their system that needs to be fixed on a daily basis.

I think I found my new favorite laundromat! I went to wash at Queens about 2 weeks ago. It was at night on a Sunday. I usually do laundry early mornings on the weekdays but lately my go to laundromat has been filled with homeless ppl due to it being so rainy lately. And with 2 little ones... I get a little uneasy just having them around when the laundromat is filled. Plus, their washers have been breaking down like crazy.
Anyways, I remember spotting Queens (still wasn't open) while driving my brother to his barber.
