I've been working for this company for about 4 months now and I can say everyone in the company has respect for everyone. They treat everyone like family basically. If you are trying to find a trucking company to work for Roadies inc. Is the company for you. They make sure you are comfortable with every dispatch given. 24/7 dispatch, in house mechanic shop, and they will work with you guys on your days off when needed. Honestly one of the best trucking companys I've ever worked for .

I just joined this company a month ago, I am not from California but still they manage everything according to my preferences ( routes, schedule .. appointments) management/accounting/Despatch literally everyone I met so far knows how to speak and handle employees very well.
