He programed my 2014 Highlander Aftermarket smart keys easily without any issues, he tested the keys and asked me to test them before he left. I texted him multiple times and he was responding quickly and answering my question honestly.

I had purchased a new remote for my vehicle on a Monday and the dealer told me that they could not fit me in until the following week. I reached out to Agent Lock and Key and they were able to come out within an hour. Programming the remote and cutting the new key took less than 20 minutes. Very satisfied and I will be avoiding the dealer in the future for programming.

I was never more happy in my entire life than when Terry pulled up in front of my house. I called because one of the double entry security doors on my house would not open, it wasn't jammed but for some reason the latch would not work. While waiting for my locksmith to arrive I decided to go outside using the door that was still working and found that I now had the same problem with both doors and was locked in... What are the odds? Right? Just then I got a call from Terry that he could be here earlier than anticipated if that was acceptable. He pulled up in front of my house a few minutes later

We would highly recommend Terry Richards of Agent Lock and Key. One of our keys broke off into the deadbolt of our front door so we needed a Locksmith to help us out. After throwing a net out to 3 different businesses for pricing and availability, Terry was the 1st to respond and the most honest and up front about his pricing. Since we had him out on a service fee already, we were able to add a couple of more "sticky" locks on at cost only. Throwing in a couple of new keys and all in under 1 hour, he even came in well below estimate since the locks only needed to be cleaned instead of

Terry was great. He responded quickly with an estimate (car lockout, key replacement, and house dead bolt rekey), and it was better than the others we received. We weren't in any particular hurry, but he came out to the house the same day. He was friendly and knew exactly what he was doing; a true professional. I was so impressed with Terry. We called him over to rekey a house after a renter moved out. I let him know that I loved forty five minutes away and that I needed him to call an hour early before he arrived. He came within the two hour window that he promised and called me within the time frame that I asked him too, and arrived on time. He did not try to upsell me anything and I was blown away with his pricing. He charged me 95 to rekey four doors and break off and resecure a old shed door.
