Alan Bryson is the owner and President of AAA Custom Pools, Inc. He has been designing and building pools since 1976 here in South Florida. The company began with one man's dream and determination to create a boundless corporation. I have had the chance to work with AAA pools both professionally and personally. We have completed a number of pools together for clients, their design team and build execution have far exceeded our clients expectations, not to mention the attention to detail and follow up. When I set out to build my own pool was where I really got to see how they work as a client with all the extra structural details and design aspects which go above and beyond.

Terrible service. AAA Custom Pools were scheduled to provide service to me and they were a no show. No call, no notice, just didn't show up. I wasted my time waiting for them and they just do not show up. This is the third time AAA Custom Pools has done this to me. Every time they provide a BS excuse that obviously is a lie.If I didn't have a motherboard under warranty I would not use their service and suggest you could avoid issues as well.

They fired the guy who worked on our pool weekly and didn’t replace him. I called and after four days of calling and leaving messages I got the guy who answers the phone. He sent someone here that was here for less then 30 mins. Pool was green at that point. When the guy left I called again and I was told that by the next day it would clear up. Next day still green. I’ve called them 9-15 times daily!!! for the last two weeks. And they have just be screening calls, they refuse to answer. Can’t be bothered to call people back. I have left many messages. The guy at the office needs to be fired

Would not recommend this company. Tiles falling off after 3 years. Deck jets sinking below the surface. Weeping stains coming through gunite. Defective workmanship. Called them 3 times. AAA refused to come out and inspect and stated "unfortunately were so busy right now we cannot take on anymore repair work so unfortunately we won't be able to help you." Terrible work, terrible response, terrible company.

We bought a house from Toll Brothers Boca Raton. This company AAA Pools had to do the pool. We were not allowed to choose. They did a poor job, surface with stains and dirty since day 1. They do not respond. They do not take care. It is a shame a company like that was imposed to us to build our pool. I do not recommend doing anything with them.

This swimming pool company is one of the terrible one in palm beach. I pay $1xx every month to clean my pool, but it still very very dirty. A lot leaves and trash in the pool. When I call them, they asked me about another $1xxx to clean my pool. Seriously? How can you ask me to pay you $1xx every month?

The worst pool company I know ever.
I just bought a new house in Parkland, and this company was hired by the constructor to build the pool. We spent lots of money to pay for all the upgrades in the pool. They delayed the work for more than two months since the closing, and they delivered the "new" pool looking like a two years old pool. I needed to pay for a pool guy to finish the service. Definitely, I don't recommend this company. Stay away from them.

They are good at making repairs when you bring problems to their attention ie when they finally get to it. Their service only starts off good when you first sign up with them. When it comes to cleaning pools they fail. They don’t clean the inside edges of pool. They left spider webs intact around that spa.
Other companies I have used do a far better job. Many times my pool vac that I bought from them not working but it is not addressed unless I bring up the issue. Algae in pool never resolved until switching to another company. Find one of the many other companies with good reviews.
