This company is very reliable and professional. Taking on our pool last minute and past the end of the season (not to mention we live an hour away), Matt and his crew did not hesitate to treat, vacuum, and close our pool in a timely and efficient manner. August Pool and Spa rescued my pool last summer after a sub par experience with a previous pool company. My number one requirement is responsiveness and Matt is on top of that. He has great suggestions for improvement, keeps the schedule he sets with customers, and has a prompt, knowledgeable, personable, and ultra capable crew. They can do anything, perform all pool-related services, and they leave the area clean. Matt and his crew are extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
They identified the issue I called them for within minutes and proceeded to fix it in about a half hour.
They also gave me insight, tips and tricks on maintaining my in ground pool. Will definitely use them again and would recommend to anyone looking for any sort of pool service.

I met Matt, Charles and Anthony for a consultation about a new winter pool cover. They took the time to take all the measurements and gave me a good price for the cover and installation. It came in within a week and they came right out and installed it and winterized my pool for the first time. I was very pleased with their professionalism and their knowledge of all the work they did. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them to open us up again in May. They are all very nice and personable guys to work with too👌👍👏😎
