Larry graduated from Salina Central High School in 1974 and Kansas University School of Pharmacy in 1978. He was employed with B&K in 1978, became a Partner in 1983, and is now the President and Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) of B&K.

It is a small drug/convenience store that offers great customer service and can order special items like ST-37 which used to come in a colbault blue bottle that was a collectable. But now it comes in a brown plastic bottle that you have to special order. They also carry KU and K-State items and things like canes and walkers. They also have a drive through and also deliver their drug prices are competitive with the big drug stores

Never going to shop here again. I just moved nearby the store and I have been purchasing my medical supplies from there for the last month or so. Today I purchased something that was the wrong type and so I called in to see if I could exchange it and was treated extremely rudely by the pharmacist / manager. Don't bother shopping here because they will treat you like an animal and they have absolutely no understanding of customer service. Their prices are super high anyway so you're best off just sticking with Dillons pharmacy or CVS. Steer clear of b&k pharmacy.

I went with my sister in law to her baby appointment. She is due with her first child in three weeks and had just recently been having trouble with a rash. The doctor said that B & K was the only pharmacy that had this particular medication. We were excited because it is very uncomfortable and very itchy. We went to the pharmacy and were told they hadn’t received the order yet so we ran a couple of quick errands since we live an hour away. She still had not heard anything from them so she called her doctor’s nurse and she said she’d get ahold of them. A little before 2:00pm the nurse called

Dr had sent prescription. I showed a few hours later only to be told they have nothing. I drove over 30 miles to get there, suggested I drive back home then check with them later. After that they found the order on someones desk. Waited 1 hour as they entered in my information called both of my insurance companies. Then I find out that the medical device ordered is incorrect. They said they could not do anything. Made no offer to assit to correct the error, would not call my Dr. I left disgusted. I will watch closely I suspect they will charge my insurance companies even though I did not receive

This place takes advantage of the elderly when they have no other option to purchase medical supplies. $3.99 for a single ABD pad when you can purchase 3 boxes of 25ct (75 ABD pads) off Amazon for $22.00. I'm all for supporting local businesses but not when they take advantage of the elderly !!! **I will add that Key Pharmacy on Crawford sells the same one also for .25 each.**

This place disgust me they have pulled over $1000 out of my dad's account who no longer even lives in that state for prescriptions that they claim they're delivering to his address. The business office is an absolute disgrace to any pharmacy she not only claims that she does not care that they are on a fixed income but it is her job to take their money. And that she would do it to her own parents. This place is disgusting keep your family and friends away from here they will trap you and steal your money.

We found remarkable customer service at B&K. They were extremely helpful with guiding us through the process of selecting the perfect lift chair for a family member. The variety, quality, and price range of the chairs they sell is impressive. I really do not have experience or impressions of the pharmacy part of the business but home medical side is great.
