My most recent visit left me totally scarred! My face has completely broken out due to dirty threads. I never break out, but all of a sudden after I came here and did my full face, my skin has broken out everywhere! Plus I still have hairs and they didn't thread efficiently. Sadly, I will not be returning here.

I've been here about 9x (almost time for my free threading 'coz of their stamp card) and every single time, the service is excellent! They are very talented with threading and facials. I've been to another threading place in the different side of Laguna Niguel and they were good, I stayed there for 4 years, but whenever they get super busy and lots of people waiting, the service gets poor and the way my eyebrows were styled are different- coz they were in a rush.
But not here!! The stylist in City Threading takes their time no matter how busy they are. They strive for excellence

I am really happy to have found this new place close to where I live and work. After over 6 years of going to a further place and having to organize my day around eyebrows, I'm glad this little gem opened in my neighborhood. Sweetchu did a great job with my brows. I showed her what I liked and she delivered. I also love how half way through the threading she checked in with me to make sure I was happy. Will definitely be coming back and glad I found a new go to place that's conveniently located

Absolutely love Nilu! I've been going to her for almost 10 years when she was in the other location in Lake Forest. So glad she's much closer to me now. Love how meticulous she is with my eyebrows, never cuts me with the thread, and she always shapes them perfect. And not to mention how kind and loving she is. She is truly a gem!

I don't know how this gem has been hidden from me. I live across the street and use the adjacent dry cleaners. I found them on Yelp and I'm so happy for that.
I went in for the first time on Sunday afternoon. Swechhya is incredible! I did a full face threading. She is gentle and precise. I typically break out after a session but I didn't have any irritation.
I highly recommend this place and I'm now a regular.

I recently moved to Laguna Niguel and was looking for a threading place. I happily stumbled upon city threading on yelp and decided to give them a try! I was pleasantly surprised. Swechhya was very kind and explained the shape of my brow and what the end result would be. I was very happy with the outcome. My eyebrows look great! This will be my eyebrow go to place. :)

I just stopped by City Threading on a random break and I am SO GLAD I did! I had done my brows elsewhere some months ago and was disappointed with the way they left them. I like my brows to be thick and many places tend to thin them out. I let Nilu know this before she began and she did a FANTASTIC job of cleaning them up and giving them a beautiful shape without thinning them out. She even did one and let me see before she continued with the second. Little details like these are the ones that really show customer service and expertise! I used to be 100% loyal to another place, long story short, the owner sold her business so I was looking again. So happy I found City Threading! Nilu is very sweet and knows her stuff. This was my first time here it was conveniently located on my way home so I stopped by to try it out. I was immediately greeted by Nilu and was taken right away. I got a cleanup on my eyebrows and upper lip done. Nilu was extremely patient and graceful asked me what I needed and what I wanted. Overall it was a breeze going into an unfamiliar place.
