I’d give them a 0 if I could. Horrible customer service. Several “confirmations” of delivery from 12-3, only to get an automated call at 11:30 that they’ve decided to deliver the next day... 3 TIMES. The “manager” is smug and doesn’t care. I e called 3 times to confirm my 4th delivery and there’s no answer or return call. These guys are a joke.

1 star only because 0 is not possible. Guardian has had my package for over a month sitting in Durham after being transferred to them from Estes. They don’t answer the phone half the time you call, I have been told multiple times they will deliver in a few days but never arrives. I offered to come pick it up, but was told I am not allowed. They give excuses for everything. Horrible company. Still don’t have my package.

HORRIBLE BUSINESS!!! Customer service skills is lacking! They "can't find freight" one week when supposed to deliver, then a week later call day of delivery to say it's not being delivered. Two weeks of the ring around with them. It took getting the company I purchased from to get involved to get it delivered. The woman I spoke to hung up on me, and then had the nerve to laugh when I was irate and asking for a manager! The truck they brought my delivery in was a DUMP! Everything was just thrown in there. I ordered a desk that was shipped via Estes and then when it got to the Raleigh/Durham area, it was transferred to Guardian for delivery. They have had my desk for almost 3 weeks and are not delivering it. I have been told so many stories. Truck was in an accident one week. Another week they told me they lost it but told my husband they had it. I have been 'guaranteed' delivery many times now and still - NO DESK!!! I wouldn't use them for anything. So home depot contracted this company to pick up a return. The return was scheduled for pick up on 7/14 between 10 am and 1 pm. The package was a huge bath surround 60 x 75 to be returned. I moved it outside ready to be picked up (by myself). and waited. They never came. I left to go to work. at 2:45 pm they called, leave no message and no call back reference. I have a camera system I checked package is still outside. Package was never picked up. Then I look at tracking link to see if any updates...none posted but I did screenshot it. If I could leave a 0 star review, I would, but the ONLY REASON I am leaving a 1 star review, is because Neisha at Guardian Logistics is great, aside from the company being a complete mess. We had a delivery scheduled for a Tuesday. Supposed to be 4 boxes total. They came, and only brought 1 box. Obviously I called the company, and they said they just forgot them. Ok, no big deal, they deliver the rest on Thursday. So Thursday comes, we get no phone call. We called them and asked what the deal was. "Oh sorry, we have to reschedule for Friday". Lost a parcel in less than 24 hours. I proved my case with all screen shots and emails that they had the item. Nope. They lost it. Had to contact prior shipping agent to help in finding the parcel. What a hassle. When o saw they were the ones handling the last leg of shipment I read the reviews. I literally knew there would be a problem because of the reviews. Surely I wouldn't have asked for them to be the ones but Dell company apparently picks the cheapest people to go with. Worst company ever. Have been waiting all week for a delivery of $5000 of materials. They flat out lied and said someone was there to drop the delivery off and no one was there to accept. There were in fact 2 people there at the time they said. Even though our supplier has it in their contract that they must call to schedule delivery, Guardian says they can just drop it off. I have already contacted my supplier to make sure they never ever use this company again. The woman was horribly rude on the phone. Make sure you never use this company.

The day after Thanksgiving this co. Delivered sofa,love seat, chair. Items were damaged. It had set in their warehouse for 2 wks. I have paid for the white glove treatment. That was a joke, one of the guys had the nerve to ask me if the furniture hadn't been damaged would I have tipped them. He had the nerve after I paid $299 for their service.Waiting for them to deliver furniture again hopefully it want be damaged this time. Also I ordered the furniture from Zuri. Bad mistake I told them I wanted a refund they said they would charge me $299 back stock fee. Will never, ever order from this

Guardian Logistics Solutions was the worst company I had ever had the displeasure of dealing with. For reference, I ordered a table (through Pier1) on November 13th, and my original delivery was scheduled for November 19 (I was contacted by Guardian Logistics directly to arrange this). I received a call on the 19th stating they'd have to push delivery to the 20th, I said that was fine. They never confirmed nor showed up.
I got a new delivery date November 28 via an automated phone call asking me to confirm or reschedule--My husband and I were out of town at that time so we did *not* confirm

I ordered a mattress from Jcpenny on Black Friday still haven't received they keep sending me messages saying that they are going to deliver but still haven't. We are converting my 2 year old daughter to a real bed and had ordered a mattress for her bed. so far it has been almost 3 weeks since the first delivery date and time was given. The first time they said the truck broke down, then we rescheduled for it to be delivered two days later on a Friday between 3:30-6:30pm. Ordered mattress from JCPENNEY on 9/4. Were told it would be delivered within two weeks. We went back and fourth between JCPENNEY and Guardian. JCPENNEY could not get ahold of Guardian and deemed our mattress lost and reordered. The second time around our mattress was set to be delivered we were called, confirmed the delivery three times, took off work and waited for them. They were no shows. They showed our piece of furniture had beed delivered to Guardian's Warehouse in Raleigh area on Friday, November 16th, with an expected delivery to me in Jacksonville on Wednesday the 21st. Ordered a dining table from Costco.com with white glove delivery, and unfortunately got assigned this delivering company.
Four hour time window: 12:30-3:30. No show no call. At 4PM I called the dispatcher, was told the drivers were nearby and there was only one more delivery ahead of us.
At 5PM I called again. The dispatcher said she could not reach the driver but she'd keep trying and get back to me. Didn't happen.
At 7:40PM the driver himself finally called. Apologized and said he was 7 minutes away.
At 8:10PM the truck arrived. Two guys left the packages in my dining room. Said

Too big a hassle and waste of time to deal with these guys. Appear disorganized, not timely, gave them multiple tries to deliver my purchase.
If a retailer assigns a purchase delivery to them, cancel and go elsewhere. My purchase was from JC Penney and the entire process is still not complete after 2 months.

Had a delivery scheduled for this morning time frame of 0830-1230. They never showed up, never called. I telephoned at 1245 & was told they couldn't find my location and the driver called but received no answer. I was home all morning & phone never rang. If he didn't get an answer, why didn't he leave a voicemail. (Also, there is no record of any incoming calls on my mobile carrier's website for my phone number.)

I ordered a couch off of Amazon on February 14th and given an expected delivery date between February 28th and March 8th. My couch was not delivered until March 14th but Guardian Logistics Solutions is not at fault for the late delivery. The couch originated in Arizona and carried to NC by Hunter Logistics Solutions, who informed me that the couch would be late due to the company moving warehouses.

Guardian Logistics Solutions was the company that delivered the mattress and box spring that I ordered from QVC, and to say I had a terrible experience with them is an understatement. In short, they never contacted me to schedule a delivery, and instead delivered my new mattress and box spring when I wasn't home and just left them outside. Their representatives were disorganized, unhelpful, and generally unapologetic. If possible, would be 0. 2 delivery attempts...first one ruined the furniture that was being delivered. the second one...after many conversations with Nadine (they only schedule deliveries with 24 hours notice and only if they will "be in the area")...may have been worse. Asked if they would remove their shoes because we have a young child at home..."we don't do that".
If I find out that they are delivering the furniture or anything else that I've ordered, I would cancel my order. They're the worst.
