Maria is a very unpleasant person
She really needs an attitude check
My wife has allergy issues so we always get white sauce on her pizza. She wanted to order a pizza that she really likes, which we have ordered two or three times with white sauce. But Maria apparently does not want to put white sauce on a pizza instead of marinara. What is the big deal if I want white sauce instead of red sauce, I'm willing to pay extra.
The other girl is very pleasant to speak to
They claim on their website, if you don't see it on the menu we will try our hardest to accommodate you

I went to this place today, I ordered 2 hero's, for 35.00, when I got home, the broccoli rab was 90 percent chopped stems, they charged 3.50 for 1 thick slice of "fresh mozz" on EACH SANDWICH...none of this was a problem to me until I took a bite of the sandwich and the friend chicken cutlet was like a giant piece of rubber. For a sandwich they're charging 17.50 for, they could at least put a decent cutlet on it. Hoping this was a one time thing, I called to ask the manager about it. I received a call back from the owner who nastily gave me an attitude about the whole situation

Well once again, a wonderful delicious meal. I had eggplant parm, egg drop soup and a salad. The eggplant was done to perfection! Salad was very fresh (russian dressing was tasty) and I just love their soup.
Thanks again for a good meal, I had it delivered and it was right on time and the delivery guy was friendly.

I could cry tears of joy when I saw all their gluten free options. I had the grandma pizza, chicken roll and buffalo chicken roll. Everything was delicious, the waitress was incredibly nice. They have indoor and outdoor seating options, everyone took a lot of precautions to socially distance and be sanitary. Will definitely return.

I ordered my food at 5:38pm and they told me it would be done in 45 mins. I arrive at 6:38pm and my wings and other things are done, but my pizza hasn't even been started on yet. They literally just started making it when I came in, and the hostess had to tell the people manning the ovens exactly which order and pizza to start on. Clearly they completely forgot about it. While I'm waiting on them to work on my pizza, the rest of my food is getting cold. I've seen people come in after me and pick up their pizzas meanwhile I'm still waiting for mine. Avoid this restaurant unless

The manager/owner (Marie? Maria?) is so rude and unprofessional. She completely pushed away good customers with the worst customer service ever received.
We live right down the road and order here pretty regularly. Normally they do take a long time for a pick up order like 45-60 minutes. We order the same thing usually every time. About a week ago we recently called to place an order for 4x 12" personal customized pizzas. For example... one of the pizzas we always order is half prosciutto&arugula and the other half is pepperoni. Like I mentioned, we order frequently and always tell them

I recently returned after a long stay in Florida with a craving for a good NY pizza. With that said, I did not just want to have my first slice of pizza this year in any pizzeria. I chose Rustica BrickOven Café only because of the very favorable Yelp reviews and also I wanted to introduce myself to a new pizzeria in a town that I will be visiting often this year.
