Prices seem pretty crazy. Called about a yellow light on and turns out I need a new aeration pump. Unit is only 4 years old. Selected rebuilt pump and ended up with a $580 bill. They added a bunch of stuff I didn't "need" without telling us how much each extra item would be.
Oh and I'm still waiting on the pump replacement. No idea when it will be fixed.

Our septic tank alarm went off early on New Year's day. We called them and they were at our house 10 minutes later. They assessed the problem (pump was failing), gave us a quote, and made sure there wouldn't be any issues before they could replace it. They were back 4 days later, installed it quickly, and were very professional. They came and got me while they did the sludge test (to see if the tank needed to be pumped, it didn't) so I could see with my own eyes the results. I appreciated that.
