Similar to another complaint, I too had a very bad customer service experience with this company yesterday. I was referred to Marion's for landscape materials, including boulders. When I arrived, a sign on the door said no visitors, so I called the office. A nice gentleman told me where some boulders were (along the parking strip) and to check in at the scale house. I proceeded to look at the options along the parking strip, and then walked to the scale house. There, a young woman explained the process for selecting and holding boulders. She answered some questions and then told me that I

I called to speak to someone about a need for a French drain around my house; the woman who answered the phone stated "well we're really busy right now so they may not call you back but I'll send you to mikes voicemail." I'm not quite sure why they'd see this as appropriate customer service, would recommend going elsewhere.
