Natural Cleaners was founded over 20 years ago by Marilyn Fleming. She had extensive experience in the industry and knew they must be a better safer way to perform dry cleaning. I took my white linen blouse in for cleaning around the collar. I had only worn it once for 2hr but wanted it spruced up for vacation trip. I got it back with a scorch mark on the right front and yellow 'something' on the left. They said all the cleaners had gone home. That was the response. I needed the blouses for a wedding and am still very angry about the jam they put me in 3hrs before my flight. Bad service-never again!

This place is the worst. I accidentally left two credit cards and two ID's in the pants pocket of a suit brought in on Thursday. The employee who took the suit was supposed to clear out the pockets. When I went in on Saturday (after thoroughly looking for them and confirming they were in the suit) to see if they were found, the owner, Chad, happened to be working and claimed he couldn't find them. He never bothered to call the employee or tell me that he had JUST FIRED HER!! I came in on Monday and he still simply shrugged and said that they couldn't find them and he refused

The employee working the desk has horrible customer service. I went in to drop off 20 garments, which is a lot of business for a small business dry cleaners. She was rude to me and gave me attitude. I told her I was here to drop off and she replied "what" and I said this bag of clothes. And she said "what's in it". I asked her if I was supposed to count the articles or if she needed to (how dry cleaners price things the employer always counts so they ring up the right amount for each type of garment). She proceeded to tell me she is having a bad day and started throwing

We have been going to Natural Cleaners for several years now. We like the fact that our dry cleaning is done using natural, earth-friendly methods; not the strong chemicals most dry cleaners use.
Natural Cleaners has done an excellent job for us, cleaning large comforters and blankets, leaving them smelling fresh and fluffy with none of the "after-chemical" odors other cleaners leave. The same goes for all the shirts, pants and dresses we have had cleaned here.
The folks that work here are fast, friendly and efficient. Parking is easy and abundant in the large strip mall parking

Awful experience! The employees lie nothing done as promised!
If your wedding dress is worth more than 10.00 DO NOT have them clean it. My daughters dress came back not cleaned not done on the day promised! Employee stated it was due to running out of boxes for the dress - another employee said the dress was sent to a different location. Save yourself go to another place!

I was not impress by this location.
The employee at the counter seemed mildly irritated that I had walked in. When I asked if they could fix a bleach spot on black pant I was told they don't do that and I should try a sharpie.
For a company that revolves around fixing clothes a fabric pen would be a small cost...
Additionally, they're serve is incredibly slow! Dropped off on Friday afternoon and did not receive until Tuesday afternoon. If I wanted to go to work naked I could do it cheaper.

No care for the customer whatsoever! I lugged my 8x10 rug into the place after carefully reading my Groupon. There was some fine print but nothing about rugs. Some young woman who could not have cared less casually told me that the Groupon wasn't good because they "send the rugs out". I told her it didn't say anything about that on the Groupon and again couldn't have cared less. No apology for any confusion - just sorry. I agreed to pay the $90. I just went and picked it up after 3 weeks and it was $98 plus tax. I said we agreed on $90 - she casually just said sometimes

I bought 2 Groupons because this place was near my house. Both of the experiences were the worst customer service and dry cleaning experiences of my life. If you appreciate professionalism and want your own clothes, this dry cleaners is NOT for you.

I have been going here for at least a year I live right around the corner however I normally don't have a problem until just recently I picked my clothes up got home removed the bag and they reeked of laundry detergent :( why would u charge me dry cleaning prices and machine wash my clothes they were wrinkled if I knew thwy were gonna do something so dishonest I would have machine washed my clothes myself and saved $24. This never happened before but I normally request dry clean only but if u take your clothes to a dry cleaners and charged for dry cleaning why do u need to request it so frustrated

Walked in and the woman was on her phone texting and didn't even look up when I walked in. Was far from friendly. Told me I should be telling her how short I want my pants to be hemmed because she isn't able to measure my pants. What?? I paid a ton for these jeans and I'm not going to measure them myself to get them hemmed so I just left. If I hadn't already paid for 3 groupons then I would not be going here ever. The 3rd ward one is way more professional and customer service focused.

Went here about 3 times. The first two time were fine but in my last visit the staff at this natural cleaners store lost my shirt and gave me someone else's shirt. When I called to notify them of the mistake, I got the usual run around ("need to talk to the boss and follow-up"). I called them multiple times but never hear back from them or got an apology. They also did not care about the shirt they mistakenly gave me. So I'm guessing there's another poor customer without his shirt.
Price is OK, but unprofessional business practice and customer service.
