A DUI charge ("Driving Under the Influence") in Pennsylvania is no laughing matter. This is especially true with second or third DUI's. With second, third and even fourth DUI's, the penalties increase, jail or prison time becomes a possibility, and some DUI's are now graded as felonies. DUI charges are serious matters indeed.
Some people may tell you that you do not need an attorney for a traffic ticket. That is sometimes true. But our firm has seen, many, many times, clients come to us after they paid a ticket or plead guilty and they end up getting points on their license, a license suspension or worse. Let me tell you, you should at least consult with an attorney.
Drug offenses come in many shapes and sizes in Pennsylvania. Two of the most common drug crimes charged are possession with intent to deliver and possession of drugs. Possession with intent to deliver is a felony level crime and drug possession is a misdemeanor. Due to their classifications under the law, each one has very different consequences and must be handled in different ways.
Assault crimes may not seem like a big deal unless somebody gets hurt. Let me tell you, that is not true at all. Assault charges are always a big deal, and they are especially serious when someone does get hurt. Joe is a very knowledgeable attorney of excellent quality. He is very flexible on payments and ideal for both odd and conventional cases. Joe knew what to do, how to explain it to me and helped me out even though I was going through one of the most difficult financial situations of my life.

I had a case that I was stressing about a lot. Not only that he explained me a lot of law-language but got the best case scenario out of what I had. The county that I was in was awful, so the result was not a 10/10 but he got me the best deal. If you are in Allegheny county you will be getting the best bang for your buck with Joe.
He is the guy that looks the most presentable in the court room and has his way with words that would put judges and DA's where they need to be.
From my research and experience I would highly suggest him as your primary choice!
