Excellent service with people who really try to help you out. I went to three different body shops to fix a semi cosmetic hit to a post at a gas station 😅
Michelle took a look at the car and she gave me an estimate on each part as well as labor. I explained I only wanted to fix what was needed - which other body shops didn't care to listen to but she did. We didn't need a new headlight for example although it was scratched, the screw part broke off - it was working and not the part we were concerned about. Couldn't beat the price either! Fantastic job. They even sanded down the scratches on

These guys are pretty great when it comes to customer service. I had been told a different price by one person than another, so when I saved up enough to get the job done with the original price, they said ok even though they didn't remember telling me the lower price. Cool. Then, they painted the part way off from the actual car color. When I showed them, I was expecting to hear something like, well that's as close as we could get it, but nope... They said, let's try again, we think we can do better, and they painted my part again and got it almost perfect. I was happy in the end, and that's all

Although their workmanship are good. They are so careless enough to loose my car key. The shop owner reprogrammed my key in order to get in the car WITHOUT ASKING MY PERMISSION. They could have borrowed my duplicate while looking for the missing key which eventually they found them.
Since they reprogrammed the key, the rest of all my duplicates need to be done the same. I have to go back and forth just to catch up with their key guy (another pain). BUYER BEWARE.

I can't recommend Michael's enough - they were extremely patient throughout the process and took great care of the car while I waited for the final few parts to arrive.
The paint they laid down is awesome; its better than the paint BMW put on the car and has zero orange peel texture!
They also fixed the damage for less than 60% of what another shop quoted!

Best experience I have ever had dealing with an auto body shop - They are honest, thorough, competent, and fair. Joe took my insurance settlement and streched it to go above and beyond the loss-related damage - working his magic in areas all over the car, even the interior. The car looks 5 years newer and I am proud to be seen in it. Thank you Joe for an outstanding experience - for your attention to detail. You are a joy to deal with. I can't recommend this company strongly enough.
