Firstly, the driver was punctual, easy to communicate with, and very professional. My family had an amazing time using the service. We used a party bus to accommodate for 16 people, and there was extra seating space still. The driver took us to and from a winery and made the experience so much easier. My

This company is a shame. Do yourself a favor and go with another bus company. Used them for my wedding in June and don't have time to list out all the issues, but massively regret using them.
They are pleasant to interact with prior to your event, but will cut off communication when issues arise during and/or afterwards.

I don’t recommend this company. My best friend rented the bus and the Bus was dirty and had a really bad smell. Driver wasn’t on time and we got to our destination late. After all of that driver asks for a tip. I’ve had couple of busses from different companies before and was way better than this with a way better price.

Terrible customer service experience. Go with any other bus company, it has to be better than this one. Might even be better to just drive yourself. We submitted a contract with an itinerary with the wineries we were going to ahead of time, and made reservations (with a credit card deposit) at all of these places for a Saturday, only for the bus to show up over 45 minutes late because of traffic and ruin all of the set reservations. I spoke with Tina who claims this was covered by the "act of God" clause in the contract but DC traffic is not an act of God, its an every day occurrence that this

I am not a person that does reviews but this was the WORST and i do mean WORST bus company i have ever seen. We ordered a mini charter bus because we would be having small children with car seats they sent a party bus which could not fit all of the adults and children so some of the passengers had to drive there own cars also I REPEAT A PARTY BUS FOR CAR SEATS SMH. We had a horrible experience with Uptown Bus. Our bus was over 80 minutes late, something the bus company did not tell us until we called and even then they did not provide an accurate time of arrival. Once on the bus the AC did not work (it was June). Further they charged us (without notification) for going over time, even though they were late, and blamed us for having to cancel a separate job. While we tried calling and emailing they ignored us and refused to talk to us. Utterly disappointed with my experience.
The bus lacked proper air conditioning: would spit out liquid on us but wouldn't actually cool the bus. Little did I know that would be the least of our woes.
We were able to cool off a bit.. once the bus broke down on the side of the highway before we got to our first destination.
Our party, though immensely disappointed, kept our morale up as we awaited the driver to remedy the issue under the hood. All could have been salvaged, but instead things spiraled from there.
After arriving to our first stop at least an hour and a half later than expected

Wish I could give 0 stars. Left us stranded at a winery and also broke down on the side of a highway for an hour without apology. Do not use and please spread the word. This place needs to go out of business. Would give 0 stars. They also stole all of our stuff and took the bus and then blocked our number and have our credit cards and IDs. I rarely write reviews but this was the worst bus service I've ever been on...please save your money and go somewhere else. The bus driver was very late and the A/C barely worked. Then the bus broke down multiple times in the middle of the road. After this, the bus driver left us stranded in the middle of no where without our stuff on top of failing to get us to our destination on time. It was such a shame this happened especially since we were nothing but kind and understanding to him. Highly not recommend...save yourself the stress and disappointment!!! 0 stars

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. I could not have had a worse experience with this company. Not only did our bus break down on the side of the road for a full hour, but the bus driver left without telling our party, leaving 32 people stranded over an hour away from home. The corporate office provided no explanation and was overall incredibly rude and dismissive. I wish I could give zero stars.

H O R R I B L E service. please do not use. I have actually have never experienced such horrible customer service. ~30 minutes into our trip our bus BROKE. DOWN. on the side of the road. The dispatcher refused to answer our calls- we were repeatedly sent to voicemail. When they finally did get back to us (via text) they told us to GET OFF THE BUS if we wanted a refund........... meanwhile, we were off the bus... on the side of the road... because YOUR. BUS. BROKE. DOWN. at that point we were so fed up, we actually tried to Uber to our destination, but apparently Uber won't pick you up ON THE SIDE

HORRIBLE customer service - probably one of the worst I've experienced in a long time. We rented a bus from 12-6 to take us to breweries. We reviewed the address to our destination on the receipt and confirmed it was right, however, the driver was taking us to a completely different address in a different state - I'm not sure how he got this address because it was not the one on our receipt. We realized about 45 min in that we were going the completely wrong direction and had to pull over with the driver to ensure he could switch his GPS and take us to our destination. The bus showed up with a broken glass door, the bus smelled like cigarette smoke so bad, the bus was dirty, and the driver was sketchy. On the ride out, the AC shut off twice and the power (music) as well. The customer service from this company is so bad, they are money hungry and don't care about customer service. And the windows on the bus were busted, the bus is out of date and run down, they don't take care of the buses. DO NOT use!!!!

My sister rented the 40 passenger for her birthday to drive us to the wine festival. The morning of the event, she get a call the 40'passenger broke down and they will send 2 buses to accommodate all passengers. Ok!! The bus shows up at the wrong address, the address was changed some time ago and was reflected on the contract. So that means they did not arrive @ 10 am but 10:45 am..
