Brad is a stand-up guy, an amazing leader, and his philosophy of paying it forward is incredible. A small group of us had the opportunity to meet him, tour his office and meet his team. Brad took time out of his day to share with us a compilation of decades of hard work, training, trial and error and mental toughness and HE gave US specialty chocolate from AZ in addition to that. What an honor to get to witness his mindset, generosity, and get a glimpse into the life of such an amazing person.
