No way would I EVER use this joker again.
Our pool, newly renovated, was leaking water to the point the pump was shutting off because was pulling in air (because the water leaked below the skimmer)
He said it was fine and supposed to do shut off even while scheduled to run.
Um, no it's not! New plaster must have the pump running.
He wanted to get his final payment on sub-par work so he lied.
We immediately paid in full once the owner stepped in and found the leak.
I'd swim in a shark infested mud hole before I let him step on my property to deal with my built in pool.
