Office is a total scam . They take advantage of there clients here also they can’t actually do anything there but refer you another dentist more like a middle man if you ask me . Staff is rude more specifically that older lady in the front never have I met a more ruder person in which is supposed to be a professional setting

I started seeing Dr. Cowell when I was a kid. Like most kids, I didn't like seeing any dentist. Years later I volunteered at a college dental program, neither the graduating student nor the professor were able to identify my fillings. When I pointed out what they missed they were shocked & asked me who did the dental work. Honestly I couldn't even remember Dr. Cowell's name but when I started describing the office they knew exactly who I was talking about because he has such an excellent reputation. Since moving away from Deland I've gotten cleanings at multiple offices

Dr. Cowell and his staff provide great customer service, and are always looking out for their patient’s best interest. Bonnie is our dental hygienist, and she is very personable and meticulous when it comes to our family’s dental care. Dr. Cowell is very conscientious when it comes to his patients comfort while they are in his chair. My entire family sees Dr. Cowell and his staff for our dental needs. I would definitely recommend their office for anyone seeking dental care.

Awful, terrible experience and very expensive. We have been searching for a dentist with fair prices and an excellent hygienist. I made the appointment with Dee, she made me feel like I was going to get the best cleaning of my life. I justified the high price for services and made the appointment. I went in for a teeth cleaning $102 PLUS exam fee $65. I already had current x rays. When I got home I looked at my teeth and still had plaque on them along the gumline. I had one area on my gumline that the hygienist scraped and it bled for 2 hours. I have experienced better cleanings at other

I was seeing Dr. Cowell for a couple of years and I thought everything was fine until one day a hygienist filled in for the regular one I was seeing and she told me that I had a great deal of gum recession and needed to see a periodontist or I was going to loose teeth. When she mentioned that to Dr. Cowell, he said he'd been monitoring that to which she replied that I need to see someone now. I scheduled an appointment with a periodontist and needed gum surgery. I also had a cavity that Dr. Cowell missed that was so bad the whole tooth had to be hollowed out leaving a shell that had to be
