The team at Absolute Dental is exceptional. I had several procedures done with Dr. Shahdad. She took the time to explain in detail all the options available and worked with me to maximize insurance coverage. Dr. Shahdad really cares about her patients, I was experiencing pain on a Saturday, and she came in on her day off to performed bite adjustments. I cannot emphasize enough how professional and caring the team is. Highly recommend it.

Just had my Crown completed . Excellent job, the doctor takes times for seat the crown and makes sure is fitting properly. I continue to be very pleased with DFW, Dr. Shahdad and his top notch staff. As a side note all reasonable safeguards were implemented to protect patients and staff during these challenging times of the Covid 19 pandemic. Thank you DFW for taking care of my family.

Absolutely amazing experience. They always take their time and go the extra mile to ensure everything is done properly and that you as the patient are completely comfortable the entire time. The entire staff makes sure your care is a priority. They explain every step of treatment needed and they work with you as much as possible. Highly recommend this office. I cannot sing praises enough!

Dr.Shahdad and Veronica are the best team my wife and I have ever been to. Dr.Shahdad takes her time and does very high quality work. We went to Dr.Shahdad after having a terrible experience with another dentist. Dr.Shahdad and Veronica have been very concerned about us and trying to get us out of the pain the other dentist put us in and she did a great job. She is a very genuine person who really cares about her patients. I would definitely recommend her and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I used the dentist a while back but never got to writing a review. I went for cleaning, she advise that I need a filling even though previous dentist I saw said all my fillings look good and don’t need any. I thought,maybe I do, so I agreed to have it done. I wish I did not! She grinned half of my upper wisdom tooth and up to date it still bothers me when I feel it because it’s shorter than the others....I would not recommend the office for anyone, never went back again. Also, at the time,front office personnel was not friendly at all.

The only absolute thing about this place is how awful it is.
I paid up front for a crown, but after many multiple mess-ups on their end regarding billing and sending records and x-rays to the oral surgeon, I decided to go elsewhere to complete the procedure. They refused to refund the money even though the work was never done.

I have been coming to DFW Absolute Dental since June 2016. Dr. Shahdad and her staff are very efficient and the doc, herself, is both knowledgeable and understanding. Let's face it, going to the dentist can be an unpleasant experience, however, there is a reason why I come back to DFW Absolute Dental and do not seek elsewhere. I'm not even from the region but the experiences I've had thus far are by far better than anywhere else.
Note: I have had multiple root canals, fillings, cleanings, and now have Invisalign from the same doc/place.

Avoid this Dentist. Awful doctor. Deserves negative stars..Worst Dental experience ever. I went for a periodontal procedure but she ensured she sold me crowns which i didn't even require. She kept convincing me that i have bruxism & i need a mouth guard. No dentist has ever told me that. She ended up selling me one crown & my God she did an awful job with that crown. First the temporary crown was poor quality, i kept calling every 2nd week for my permanent crown & then when the permanent crown came in, they never called me for an appointment. After waiting for more then a month

I created a Yelp account just to review Absolute Dental. In one word- awful! If I could give negative stars, I would select that option. I went to Absolute Dental at the end of October 2016. Dr. Shahdad doesn't care about the patient. You are just viewed as a dollar. She is the worst dentist I have ever been to in my life. I went to her for a deep cleaning and x-rays. Dr. Shahdad spent the first part of the visit trying to sell Invisalign at $6,000. I told her that I already had braces as a teen and wouldn't be interested. Dr. Shahdad is the best dentist I've ever been to. I have extremely sensitive teeth and she takes her time, listens to me, and tries to make me as comfortable as possible.
She always remembers me and asks me about my family. She cares about her patients.
Nikki is the assistant and is extremely skilled. In my opinion she's a second dentist in the office. She and Dr. Shahdad work well together and can do just about anything!
I've seen some negative reviews on here and am not sure what could have caused that other than the business owners rule of "you can't make everyone

Sadly same experience with the other groupon customer. they had patient sign the consent forms right away and in this case did not advise patient of type of cleaning to be performed. not telling customer about the service is not ethical. and ofcourse they had to do what the groupin did not cover, so patient had to pay $$$. (at least they credited the cost of groupon.)

I had a worst experience here. I bought groupon for cleaning. They gave me a long list of services amount around $1400 that I needed. When I said I would like to go only for regular cleaning. They refused to do cleaning. This was my worst experience at dental office. Staff is rude except one dental assistant. I wish I can give them 0 star.
