Absolutely unprofessional company to work with. I had to call find out where the bus was and then they said oh.. it broke down. Such a lie. Then they send a old 1970's school bus with no suspension, very very loud engine noise, basic old interiors for the night. Absolutely horrible experience with this company. Would not recommend taking a chance with them.

This was the worst experience of my life. The whole bus was shaking and I felt like it was going to tip over. The driver was not very professional and tried to scam us for more money. The speaker system didn't work and we had no help from the driver in tying to figure it out. Overall, not a good experience and I wouldn't recommend it.

My experience with a bus from this company was terrible!!! They were first 30 minutes late from the time they were told, and had told us, that the bus would be present to pick us up. Once it had arrived, the man driving the bus demanded to be paid $1000, then and there, before he could leave for the event, making us later than we already were, though all credit card information had been provided and dealt with in the weeks prior. We refused to pay and left anyways after speaking on the phone with another manager from the company and being assured that the up front payment was not necessary. As

This has been the worst party bus service I have ever dealt with. After I had sent credit card information to them, I called back two different times to make sure that I had completed everything I needed to, which I was told I had and that I had nothing else to worry about. The service over the phone was great and friendly, but the day of the event was horrendous. Our bus driver was 30 minutes late, making us late to our event. When the bus driver arrived, he said that he needed to collect $1,000 upon pickup and would not move the bus until we gave it to him, even though I submitted my credit card

We rented a party bus for my daughters 30th birthday and the bus advertised to us was not the run down rickety bus that picked us up. It did not have a mini bar (water and soda were not included), professional chauffeur, great sound system with lights or wrap around seating with dark tinted windows. They definitely did not deliver what was promised and was not worth the large amount of money we paid. I would not recommend them for party bus rental to anyone!

This company is a scam. Don’t use them! They were late picking our kids up for prom. They brought the wrong bus. The driver scared our kids and told them the brakes on the bus didn’t work. The driver didn’t know how to use google maps. The staff was unprofessional when we complained. The driver didn’t know where he was going.

Worst experience I have ever had. Paid for a 56 passenger coach bus and ended up getting a 25 person school bus with no air contiioning. Not only that, driver showed up 30 minutes late. When I called to get a little bit of money back for the experience and the bus change the guy laughed at me and hung up. DO NOT USE THIS TRASH COMPANY

Went to Dallas for a bachelorette weekend and took a party bus out for the night. It was so fun and no one had to drive! Dan took great care of us and didn't mind a bunch of loud (probably obnoxious at times ;) ) girls! We went all over Uptown and never had to worry about getting from one place to another. Great service. Would definitely take a party bus again.

All the reviews on here are a complete sham, we were totally screwed over by this company. Horrifying experience, embarrassing and traumatizing to say the least. We had reserved a party bus for 20 kids - to attend a formal event. When the bus arrived 25 minutes late because the driver was lost...it was filthy dirty inside and out. Stunk to high heaven as well as the BO of the bus driver who was visibly drenched in sweat. We then found out there was no air conditioner - it was broken. Plus he didn't have any event destination information that we had given more than once to the reservation person
