My wife and I ordered a Softub from Evergreen last May and unfortunately we have had a very poor experience. Customer service was initially good but quickly declined. In addition, the unit was delivered defective and required a replacement part to be ordered from the manufacturer. I understand things happen, but it could have been handled much more professionally. As a result, I cannot recommend Evergreen Softub. My experience gave me the impression that they are primarily focused on the initial sale only.

Last year we moved to a new home with a nice 3rd floor deck that was screaming "put a hot tub on me". I looked around at many of the traditional places and determined the only way to get a traditional, heavy hot tub was with a crane that would require us closing a street behind our house, which the city would not let us do. Great customer service from the time we made our purchase. Eric delivered our tub himself, after they had trouble with their delivery truck. We live about 5 hours away from their location. He answered the approximately one million questions we had while he was here too. We recently had to send our motor in for a warranty repair. Eric told us that their repair facility had only just reopened after being closed due to Covid, so it would likely take 2 or 3 months for repair since they had a backlog. After the big sale sucks. The office is only open M thru F. Only will open Saturday for a sale if a new tub. What about the customer who made the purchase and willing to drive 8 hours to make additional purchases (decking) oh no they can’t be open when it’s convenient for their customers. The customer has to take a vacation day to be there for their bankers hours. The lady I spoke to mentioned 5 times she would come in on the weekend for a new purchase. It's hard to believe I've owned my Softub for over a year now. I cannot imagine NOT owning one! I average about 4 nights a week in my tub. It REALLY helps with my Restless Leg Syndrome (RLS). There's something about those hot bubbles and relaxing while watching the moon, stars, clouds, etc. that makes life great! It's my small way of "smelling the roses" in life. Not very customer oriented; I've called several times to talk to their service dept and unfortunately the attitude is less than helpful or willing to assist. I purchased my used ST-220 3 years ago from Evergreen and have had line leaks, a pump failure, and now electronic board issues (seems I was sold 2003 vintage). As as an engineer, I can and have repaired most of the issues myself (vs. the 1300 dollars they want), I just needed them to test the display board and they refused and told me I should do it myself. Whoaa . . . that sucks!!!

We have had nothing but trouble with Evergreen Softub. The purchase and delivery are easy, what happens later for a $5000 hot tub is they want you to spend twice that continually replacing parts. Every time I have called them about something going wrong they tell me I am not maintaining the tub correctly. The tub lid failed because it is a taped together piece of crap and when I called about it breaking in half they told me I was not taking it out of the skin (the final coating around the foam and vapor barrier) and letting it dry out. How in western Washington are you supposed to take a foam lid

We bought the show demo at the home show and then had to build a deck to put it on, so when they were ready to deliver it after the show we weren't ready to have it delivered. They held onto it for an extra month so we could finish our deck and have a place to put our new softub, we really appreciated that. Several months later we had an issue with the gaskets around the jets deteriorating. When my husband called to discuss the problem

This is the worst company on the business side. They flat out lied to me at the homeshow. It has been one thing after another. I do not do business when companies have no integrity. They are very low with honesty and integrity. I wrote to the attorney general. They replied that the company was indeed on the wrong side. They said they could not help me that I needed to get an attorney. I'm still considering it because buyers have a right to honesty. I will never purchase from this company again.

I've had my Softub for about 7 years and I love it. Everything about the ease of set-up and use is true. I was a single mom at the time I purchased the tub and mainly bought it for therapeutic reasons (I have mild CP), and it's become a small luxury that we've all come to appreciate. The downside, however, is there are not a lot of dealers around to help if something goes wrong, but we learned that Eric at Evergreen does his best to serve a huge region/area.

What a scam and a racket - BEWARE. WOW. Brought our T-300 Softub motor in to have it fixed; it had suddenly stopped working. Upon receiving it, Jennifer emails me and says "When you get a moment, can you tell me what issue you're having with your motor"? Meaning, she wants to know what the issue is. I tell her it just stopped working.
