Worst Service - they value you based on the Dollar amount you spend or place order. In our initial consultation we were humiliated numerous times on our budget limitations. Steve is a purely based on how much money are you going to spend. Send emails to help us to place order based on our budget limitations, but never received a reply b/c we were low on budget. If you are rich and have lot of extra money sitting, then they will treat you like king/queen otherwise no reply. Their prices are ridiculously high and outrageous! I am sure we can find a local provider who is respectful and not biased

I was really skeptical about purchasing elegant drapes without actually going to a store. However Galaxy Design changed all this for me. After seeing a few videos on YouTube, I contacted Steve about buying drapes. He explained the process and we did a video chat. He was able to make recommendations after viewing the areas I wanted to be dressed. He assisted me in measuring the windows and later sent me samples to choose the colors that worked well with my decor. He mailed me so many samples so I called him to assist me in choosing the drapes that will be ideal for each window. After a few months

I love my new drapery. Thanks to galaxy design they were able to help us and get everything we need quickly. My house looks amazing and it’s just how I wanted it. Draperies set the tone for your decor and are a big investment. This company does not back up their work. They charge a lot, take too long and deliver poor quality final product. I ordered draperies for one room. It took about 10 weeks, 10 weeks to have it installed. Poor fabric quality, extremely poor fabrication and disappointing customer service. Matt will promise you the world and tell you he is a partner. Don't believe him. A partner will care more about reputation of their business.

I came downtown to the Garment District after being shocked by the prices quoted to me for a single, small, simple drape by two retail shops. Galaxy Design was my first stop, and as it turned out, my only stop. Steve has good aesthetic sense, and we came up with a good design quickly. He understood what we needed, and at a price that I thought was reasonable. We ordered, and did not feel the need to shop other stores. The drapes were made very quickly, and I was very pleased with the quality. My only negative was that the cost of installation seemed very high. I chose to install them myself

Galaxy design changed the look of my living room and dining room, and made it look elegant. The drapes and hardware used are stunning. You definitely have to go with the crystals! I also had custom shades made. Everything was installed perfectly. I am happy with the finished product. They are on-time and on schedule to deliver the drapes. What a great find in the DTLA Garment District. I went in not knowing anything about drapery. Steve guided me to a awsome set of drapes. Center Close, Double Pleated with Black out feature. Steve came out to first see if the look of the drapes will be a good match for my loft. Second was the correct measurment. Perfect. Easy to install with the reccomendation to apply silicone lubricant to the track to insure a great unveiling of the new drapery. Great Job team Galaxy Design.

We live in Oakland but have family in Los Angeles and knew this was the place to get drapes. Excellent customer service. They were flexible with pricing and when we made a measurement error, they were nice enough to make the adjustments with no cost. The shipping was pretty cheap as well. Shipping+drapes+airfare was still lower than what we were quoted to get the drapes done here. The drapes are gorgeous. Will come back again!

I had a very unique situation involving custom drapes that needed special attention and care. It was a delicate situation involving a landlord/tenant relationship and required someone to think outside the box in order to service our needs. Everybody at Galaxy Design is so friendly,patient, creative and customer oriented. I was walking past Galaxy Design and decided to go in because there were so many glitzy, regal and beautiful things that caught my eye.
