However, Phone Fix Pros had the best price for the work and the quickest turnaround on a part ship. Egan called me when the part came in and I dropped of my phone. Few hours later I came back in to pick it up.

Very kind and direct. Didn't try to rip me off, which another place in monroe did. Ordering the part I need for the next day and affordable. (went to the 2 other places in monroe. 1 was around the same price but would take 4 days for the part to come in for them. the other place, next to canes, tried to use technical language to confuse me then say it it would be 250$ to fix. I was quoted 50$ at this place). So - you can trust this place, it's very clean, the man there is SUPER nice.

Best price of 4 different local shops I called for a battery replacement on a non standard device. Nobody had the part in stock, but Phone Fix Pros had the quickest turn around on the part ship. They called when it came in and I dropped of my phone and picked it up a few hours later. Very knowledgeable and courteous. Excellent experience overall!
