I recently received a bit invitation for final cleaning I called Brian and ask him what does the cleaning consists of ? it's not explaining on the scope of work or it also doesn't say anything what's the square footage ? so we're just trying to have idea how to bit it out .
His response was well just don't bid it oh well i don't know what to tell you. He was unprofessional for his response that's not the attitude to approach any contractor we are here to work as a team and to help each other out and that was not the attitude I expected from a professional construction office.
