The bobbin Lock fell out of my sewing machine & my husband & I spent hours trying to get it back in place, even watching U Tube over & over. I had a project I needed to get done so I decided to go to Phil's. The machine was looked at & in a couple of minutes was fixed I was amazed. Even though the machine was bought on the west coast when I was living in Oregon he did not charge me & carried my machine out to the Jeep.

If you are looking for a great place to purchase or take lessons, this is it. Larry, Annette and Jill are very helpful and knowledgeable on all the Babylock and Pfaff sewing, embroidery and serger/overlock/coverlock machines. They are happy to answer all questions by phone, email or in person, When I bought my 1st ever sewing machine last year, they took the time to answer all mine and my husband’s questions over several days before we made a decision. They have very competitive pricing and beat the competition by far when I was shopping for my machine.

This place is AMAZING! The owners and employees are very personable, and even give unlimited classes to help you get to know your new machine purchased from them. At the classes, the owners greet you and are present.

What a great experience. I traveled from out of state and was at the door first thing this morning with two broken machines that another sewing repair shop failed to be able to repair. My machines were done and ready to take back to Illinois with me by 3pm! What knowledgeable employees! I would encourage anyone to take all your machine needs to Phil’s.

I took my commercial machine in for a tune up and was taken by the new machine that they had in and I purchased one on the spot. It is a Pfaff Performance Icon and I couldn't be happier. I have never had a machine that is so easy to operate and has so much light where I need it and is simply wonderful, wonderful, wonderful. Worth every penny I spent.

I live 100 miles from Phil's. I went there to buy the pro stitcher for my babylock crown jewel quilting machine. Then I purchased an embroidery machine, then a simple babylock sewing machine. I own a babylock serger. as well as the second babylock embroidery machine . I so appreciate the service I receive on anything I take to this store. They have… gone out of their way to come to my home several times to work on my quilter (which I purchased prior to learning about Phil’s Sewing Machines… I did buy my ProStitcher from Phil’s, as well as other machines). I have purchased both my Pfaff & Babylock sewing & embroidery machines here for many years. Even though I now live 4 + hours away, I still purchase my machines from them! This is the best place to take your machines in for service or look for a new machine. Larry and crew are friendly and so helpful.
Cute little shop with machine and service on one side of the road and across the street quilting machines and class rooms.
Do yourself a favor and check it out. Also its a nice drive out to Washington so enjoy the city while visiting.

Drove the hour to the store to drop my Creative Sensation off for a service and fix a problem with the embroidery unit. Larry was SO helpful and informative about the process and then he escorted me across the street to their little treasure trove where Annette and Jill were happy to share information and demonstrate some tools I was dying to try out. Can't wait to pick up my machine and try my new ruler and then return for the couching kit demo (and probably buy me some more lovely tools). Thanks so much for such excellent service today.
