Premier Equipment

We purchased a used QTN250 MSY from Premier. We were lied to about ship date and machine condition. I was told the machine was tested and could be loaded and shipped next day. It took 2 weeks to get it on a truck after being paid in full. When the machine arrived both key pads were non functional to the point the machine cannot be run. It can be clearly seen these parts were damaged from use and not shipping. The coolant pump has been rigged to run nonstop. It's going to cost us thousands to even get the machine running. This was an expensive lesson for us. I cannot recommend trusting Premier Equipment

Been working with Tom and his guys for years. Great people and always a pleasure to do business with and trustworthy. Bought 4 Mazak lathes from Tom recently and machines showed up just as described and expected.

The service and response is top notch and they are a very honest group to work with when it comes to used equipment. We purchased a large quarter million dollar Mori Seiki Horizontal Mill from Premier Equipment in Altamonte Springs, Florida. We were told that the machine had been inspected by a DMG Mori technician and that it “passed with flying colors”. We were told that we couldn’t see the inspection because another customer paid for it. We were also given in writing a Power up Guarantee Document. This document stated that the spindle, balls crews, control and tool changer will all be in working order at the time of power up. The document states that Premier equipment will either fix the issue or refund

I have bought numerous machines from premier. They have been great to work with and stand behind what they sell. I would buy from them again when i need another used machine.

Justin Young at Premier did a great job of helping me find and purchase a really nice Mori Seiki MT2000. I bought the machine sight unseen based on the tech report Justin provided. The machine was everything as advertised and is still ruining great today. Premier and Justin were very responsive through the entire process and I still call on him today to check out options for additional equipment. They have a great selection of really high end equipment. I will continue to seek Justin's council as I consider adding more equipment.
