SkateCo is a Family Oriented roller rink located on the northwest side of Rockford, Illinois with a 75 x 180 ft maple hardwood skate floor that offers public skating, no fuss kids birthday parties, private rentals, fundraising for organizations and schools, a skate shop, redemption arcade games and a snack bar.

We are now booking Birthday Parties for our Saturday afternoon, Sunday afternoon and Friday night sessions. We love our customers, if you have any questions that cannot be answered from the information here please contact us. Online ticket sales end 1 hour before the session begins. Admission is available at the door but may be limited at times due to capacity and staffing.

Private Rental Report

We are offering 1 hour, 1.5 hour and 2 hour private party packages for groups up to 50 to provide a safe environment for your party outside of our public skating times. The rental can be customized to your needs including music, games, decorations and food packages. The base package includes use of the facility for up to 50 people, skate rental, snack bar open, and DJ.

Fun place, great rink!😎 Many updates to the building, parking, refinished floor, lights and more. The owner and staff are friendly and fun. Retro nights offer a good mix of music📻 and nostalgia.

The place and the music was very fun but the man in the entrance was extremely rude, he treats people like kids if He doesn't like his job he needs to get a new one. Rude rude rude our first time being there and will never go back again my two kids attend Boylan Hs and they were even very bothered of how rude this man was to them smh skateco need to pay attention to they're staff it's a hot mess with that bitter old man no customer service skills.

Went there for a early birthday treat. Reminisced 1990s old times in a skating ring. Was joyous to be there. Would highly recommend and would definitely go back!
