Giving them 2 starts due to the fact they are closed over a whole week after Xmas terrible business to be closed after people buy folks gift cards for xmas definitely be my last year buying gift cards spent well over 500 on gift cards everyone excited to go shop to only find out they are closed just seems very aregont to a few us that discussed this deal

I live 50 miles away Fresno. I have two Harley Davidson shops here in Fresno, but I choose to rent a trailer haul my bike down 50 miles to Visalia 100 mile round-trip to have Visalia work on it. Ryan takes care of everything I need, great guy, Mike the tech comes out and talk to you too, great guy. I wish I had that service in Fresno, but I’ll keep driving to Visalia…thanks Ryan and Mike oh and Teri at the desk. AWESOME JOB TEAM!!!

"William won my trust from the moment I spoke with him on the phone even before I later arrived at the dealership to buy in-stock parts as well as special order parts. He listened carefully to my needs for replacement parts for my motorcycle and then patiently and diligently searched inventory and catalogs until my requirements were satisfied. I had a great experience with Visalia Harley Davidson. I have a recent disability that will not allow me to twist a right hand throttle. Other dealerships in the area wouldn't even entertain the thought of a modification, but the team at Visalia H.D came up with a way to modify a bike that allows me to continue to ride. So I bought a street glide from them. I can't thank the whole team enough for making that happen!

"I've been going to Visalia Harley for the last 5 years or so and I've always had a great experience with the staff here. I had the pleasure of meeting Mike through my employer and he's always been honest and friendly since then. Justin is always great to deal with as well. I've run into him multiple times and he's always been kind and courteous. I believe Nick was the one who helped me over the phone this last time when trying to locate a part for my Dyna and he took the time to research it and talk to mechanic in the shop to confirm we were looking at the right part that needed to be replaced

I went here after looking at several places, by far the best service from all of the friendly staff. I found a great deal on a dream bike. Loved the staff and the deal. I have been treated really well even after the sell. Great people and a refreshing experience. The other places weren't as welcoming and kind of made me feel like I was taking time out of their day. Visalia Harley Davidson seemed like the right place to finally find the bike I wanted. Justin showed me 3 different bikes I inquired about. All of them nice. The only thing about my experience there is I've been left hanging 3 times since Saturday and I called to make an offer on the bike I wanted today and once again no response. I'll just take my money somewhere else because apparently it's not wanted at the dealership.

The bikes in here are well designed for the customer. Dweeby ape hangers and sparkle paint for you homie to gawk at.
This place is a joke compared to Bakersfield HD.
I'm surprised that Harley lets you claim it's name. If anything this place is a dealership at best not a road stop not impressed with any aspect of this place.
Literally a joke compared to other shops around.

I have a Ultra Classic with a side car, the bike just just quit running !
Had it towed to Visalia HD
The computer was gone, and I was leaving for a month on the road, they found one at Bakersfield HD. I drove to Bakersfield HD payed 500 for computer.
On return to Vislalia they still had a week to get me going.
I also had a oil cooler installed. They did not work on bike until two days before my leave date, but they got me going!
Got into Canada and lost rear cylinder so went back to HD of Spokane (great shop )
They found spark plug wire with a whole rubbed in it, well Vislalia had replaced plugs

On the last night of a 5 day trip to Yellowstone we stopped on the way home in Visalia before the final leg home to San Diego. While going to an early dinner on Monday evening my buddy noticed a nail/screw in the rear tire of my '14 FLHTK. After dinner we made a beeline to Visalia HD arriving around 4pm. They're closed Monday and a quick check would have told us that, no problem. Called the dealership to find out when they open on Tuesday . . . but imagine a business of that size and magnitude without any kind of recording to provide any information whatsoever.
