Services
Your property is one of the biggest investments you'll make in your lifetime, which means saving money is important in the long run. Annual inspections can reveal problems in your home's structure - failed mortar joints, cracks in the walls, or even water damage. Ignoring these problems can lead to costly repairs, which will only get more expensive the longer you put it off.
Custom Restoration specializes in all types of masonry repair. Whether you have a simple problem solved with tuckpointing, or you need an entire section of your home's masonry rebuilt, Custom Restoration has the knowledge and expertise to complete any level of restoration. We are southeast Wisconsin's masonry contractors.
Unfortunately, masonry chimneys are a prime target for weather-related wear and tear. Since they're often exposed on all four sides to the elements, they tend to deteriorate faster than other types of masonry. Catching problems in or on your chimney early can be the difference between a simple tuckpointing job and spending thousands of dollars constructing a new chimney.
Improperly lined chimneys do not work as efficiently as they should. Warm air can linger inside the chimney, which reacts to the cooling of the masonry and can create moisture which damages the lining. Chimneys can then deteriorate over time from the inside out. Once that happens, expensive chimney repairs are often needed.
Cultured stone is a stone veneer containing a blend of stone particles and resins. This material is combined with pigments to produce a wide range of colors for realistic, natural looking patterns, including marble, granite, onyx, and more. Cultured stone is commonly used for residential and commercial masonry projects, and the variety of styles can cater to your exact sensibilities and budget.

Positive: Professionalism, Quality
Custom Restoration did a quality job replacing the brick and cap on my chimney. They were able to finish the job in one day. The owner came back and checked his employees work. This attention to detail makes it a company I would refer to my friends. Great job on matching my existing brick!
