Domestic placement agency success depends on the satisfaction of our clients and candidates. We use a personal approach for every search. A quality domestic placement relies on not only matching location, work hours, and duties, but also personalities, lifestyles, and moral values. Chemistry and compatibility between a family and a domestic worker are essential to a successful placement and rewarding working relationship.
Our domestic candidate screening process is rigorous. We approve and recommend only the top 10% of most qualified applicants. We only work with highly professional, experienced, competent, intelligent, and caring individuals. We screen not only for work experience and availability, but also essential traits like loyalty, stability, kindness, and a strong work ethic.
We understand the challenges you are facing. Finding the right nanny, housekeeper or other domestic help is a time-consuming, often uncertain process, requiring time, resources, and expertise. Since 2003, we have successfully completed over 1000 long-term placements. We have the experience and insight to help you.
Monika Dinsmone started MoniCare Nannies and Household Staffing as a nanny agency, but as client needs have grown, so have the offerings. Weekends were the only time to squeeze in extracurricular activities and errands, and Ms. Rubino, a cancer survivor who lives in Chicago's North Center neighborhood, longed for more quality time with her daughter and husband.
It was great working with MoniCare. Grace and the team did a great job matching me and the current family I'm working for. Family of four and the two kids are adorable! They were very knowledgeable and helpful in the process of finding a match. Not only a great match but with all the potential to years to come.

Just want to say they’re a waste of time. Me as a full-time Nanny should have not gone with Monicare agency they are horrible I applied several Nanny jobs and Grace tells me “ sorry you’re too far” after a month I applied with them and on the interview I had with monicare I clearly explain I’m willingly to move anywhere I get Hired as full time nanny. I did what I was supposed to do fill out my forms gave my interview explained everything and now they wont help! Very unprofessional MoniCare did.

I hardly ever write reviews but I felt the need to share my most recent experience here so that it could possibly help other parents that are looking to hire a nanny.
I had previously used MoniCare for our first daughter a couple years ago and felt that we found an excellent nanny within a reasonable time. Fast forward to this year when we were looking for a nanny for our infant daughter and our experience was horrible. My experience with MoniCare was excellent. Grace Gall is a professional Placement Counselor with warm attitude to the level of skills and years of solid work history for candidate like I am.
Their feed back was absolutely fantastic; scheduling interviews, meeting at beautiful office, and becoming a part of their candidates engine was a happy moments.

I applied to work with MoniCare because this is a professional upscale company. They interview and choose highly qualified employees and you are matched with the right clients giving them superior service which meets their needs. I worked with Rebecca getting a great job as a household manager-cook. The placement counselors are great at emailing you a wide selection of clients to choose from in finding the job of your choice. I speak highly to people regarding working with MoniCare.

MoniCare is a very professional agency with very effective and efficient processes in place. We worked with Grace for the full-time Housekeeper – Household Manager position. She was very responsive and very helpful.
5 days after we contacted the agency, we had interviewed three highly qualified candidates! We could hire any one of them from meeting our family’s needs perspective so we had the luxury of deciding based on secondary factors such as the proximity of the candidate’s house to ours, her background / familiarity with our culture, etc…

Monicare is best agency in IL. I worked with other agency, they not trust people who work for, they prefer take care just for customers. I work with Monicare just 4 years and I feel stability about my job( I'm single mom with 7 years old daughter). I work less hours and have more money that I had my own cleaning service. I thankfully agency for my great customers I start housekeeper till personal assistant- house-manager and part family. They make my dream true.
