Beautiful grounds upon which these new condos are being built. However, terrible experience with the salesperson who was rude and condescending. We should have realized how it would turn out from the very beginning when he didn't even introduce himself. I don't even have a name because he never even offered it the entire time! Maybe it was because he was an older gentleman from a different time, but if that's the case, the company should find a better representative.

Buyers Beware! Escrow closings on the first phase of Jamieson Place have been repeatedly delayed. Though the homes are priced at more than $1.5 million, virtually everything in them is considered an "upgrade." I was even told I would need to pay extra for paint if I wanted the walls primed!! The room sizes are dramatically smaller than they are advertised as being. The sales and design staff seem friendly but are, at best, glad-handing swindlers. Because of their ongoing deception, I finally walked away from my purchase there. If you are a prospective buyer, I'd advise you to run!
