This is the place to got if you want a bad experience. They never called to tell me my water pump was in. Was also told if I order it as a stock part there would be no shipping cost, which I was charged 30 dollars for shipping to there store. Then was told when I ordered the pump I should take off the pulley because new wont have one on it. The day I picked up the pump the new pump had pulley, and they said they need old pulley for the core charge, living a hour away made this a losing situation no matter what I did. This was a terrible experience. Hope they get there parts department informed

Bought one of their utility tractors 1 year ago, temp gauge stopped working recently, called the service dept Thursday am, to schedule time to get it checked out, Thursday afternoon the service technician is at my door and quickly fixed the problem, a broken wire. During the busy harvesting season, they send a tech an hour n half away to repair a utility tractor, what awesome service, thank you.

I found this store had great knowledge of the products I was looking for, they asked what I wanted to use them for and suggested products that was in my budget range. The parts department had everything I wanted to keep on the shelf, and the service department took care of my needs ASAP. I would buy from this company again in a heartbeat, plus they were cheaper than the next company who sells the same products.

Nice people to work with. They help with smaller projects as well as the larger ones.
