Josh is from Texas City, Texas and attended Texas A&M University, class of 2000, receiving his degree in Journalism. Ayvrie was born in Canadian, Texas but grew up in College Station, also attending Texas A&M, class of 2001, receiving her degree in Agricultural Journalism. We moved to Amarillo in 2008 with no intention of becoming bail bondsmen.

Services
Upon being released, the defendant will need to immediately report to the local office and complete the necessary paperwork. After completion, the defendant will receive upcoming court date information. The defendant must report all new court dates to their office by either coming in personally or notifying by phone.
If a judge sets bail at $25,000 for an inmate and he or she doesn't have $25,000 they, or one of their friends or family members (co-signor), will need to pay a bail bondsman a non-refundable premium of $2,500 to post their bail. Bargain Bail Bonds offers many payment arrangements and financing options to our clients.
I had 2 charges. One was a state felony that I had bonded out of Potter for using another bondsman. After I was bonded, they transferred me to Randall for a misdemeanor that was with the city. The bondsman we had used for the bond in Potter was unresponsive so we used Bargain, in the hopes of me getting out quickly.

Josh was polite, informational and fast. I appreciate the fact they meet with you late at night and provide the money order so you don't have to go get one. He made the bond process easy. He sealed all paperwork, wrote down the address and the phone number and extension to call if no one is at the front window when you arrive to the police station. Highly recommend in the Amarillo area!

The entire staff at bargain bail bonds were fast and very helpful when I found myself in Randall county. After calling them I was out of jail within 2 hours. Check ins were fast and easy. I didn’t have any issues with checking in. I would recommend bargain to anyone that finds themself in jail like I did.
