My experience with Source One has been nothing but headaches. First order was flawed, so they offered a credit which I still have not received 5 months later. Second batch of labels was so flawed in comparison to the first - coloring was off, fold in the sleeves were directly over the logo, causing distortions and artifacts in the final shrunk outcome. I went back and forth with the my account person for over a month. They admitted they were not done properly but now are fighting me on it. They have offered a full refund but I've yet to see it come through. I am so angry with myself for not going
