Diane, one of the owners, was super helpful and was able to get a technician to my house to do work on my electrical panel. Ariel was at my house in one hour with all of the equipment and materials necessary to complete the work. He answered any and all questions, made sure I understood and was professional throughout the visit. Very happy with every aspect of the work and communications.

Charged a price of $524.94 to diagnose a problem that they couldn't even fix. They weren't even there an hour. Also added a $25 credit card fee which wasn't discussed when paid. They said after the service fee to go out they would call for approval from us before doing anything after diagnosing, but never mentioned the price of diagnosing itself would be. Not a good way to retain business.

Jonathan and Ariel came out to my place and did a wonderful job today. They fixed everything from my house panel, ac pump, outlets, bathroom exhaust fan, and even new ground wires for my home.
They were pleasant to host while they worked and paid attention to every detail. My home thanks to them is now in great electrical shape and ready for years to come.

Hired to diagnose and repair outlets without power. Were able to come next day and arrived on time. Techs did not have masks when they came to the door and seemed inconvenienced when asked to wear masks. Did not have/use shoe covers when entering house. Unable to diagnose actual issue, but found a workaround solution. Quality of actual work performed is good. Billing not so straightforward - trip fee does not roll into work performed, separate diagnostic fee (again, no real diagnosis provided) also does not roll into work performed. A-Lumination Electric provides great services from the office staff to the electricians. Their prices are great as well. Jonathan was the electrician who replaced our panel box. He did excellent work, answered all our questions efficiently, and was so very nice to work with. We cannot say enough about the great experience from start to finish. We need more electrical work to be done on our house. We will definitely be calling this company and requesting Jonathan to do the work. 5 stars for sure!

Terrible! Expensive. One star is too many. Not even competitive with other companies - charged 79$ for a quote - they said the cost would go towards an install but they added it on - so i didn't do it and lost 79$. They said they never saw a ceiling fan like mine and I even helped him look it up on line to see how it was to be installed. I wanted a local family owned company and made a mistake. During these times....this was not the way to do business!

I would not trust anyone but A-Lumination Electric, Orlando. FL. I ordered 3 chandeliers for our new construction in Windermere--bedroom, dining room, family room. They were huge & required assembly...lots of crystal.
Our tech did an incredible job. He md sure there were no finger prints on ea. crystal...I didnt tk abt that. We relocated the blder spec. DR fixter fm the dining room to one of the larger guest bedrooms...looks great!
We were so impressed, we asked for the same tech to install the undercounter lighting. He educated us about our options. To our surprise, there was minimal drilling

Great experience from the start. The company provided details about my technician before he arrived and even moved my service up to an earlier time when another customer cancelled. My tech was knowledgeable and very friendly. He completed the work much faster than I anticipated and was much more cost effective than another estimate that I received. I will be contacting them for future electrical work.

We called A-lumination for help with our outdoor security lights and after we were told that it would be a $70 service call fee just to check it out, we hung up and kept shopping. After 5 minutes we got a call back from them and they helped us out by waiving the service fee. That alone was great service. Brandon was our electrician and he was very helpful and told us exactly what was wrong. It was a quick fix so we had him check out other parts of the house. He was very nice and reassured us that all of the electric in the house was good. Thank you for all of the help!

I had a refrigerator I moved to the garage. The GFCI outlet I was plugging it into kept tripping and would not allow the refrigerator to operate.. A-Illumination came out and quoted me $311.00 plus tax plus the $69.00 trip charge. The quote was to add an electrical outlet about one foot away from the fuse panel and one foot away from the existing electrical outlet. Seems to be an exorbitant charge for the work involved. Needless to say, I did not authorize them to do the work.

Under time pressure when moving into a new home, we had to settle on A-Lumination based on their availability. The technician simply had to install a circuit for our 220-volt electric dryer. The job did NOT require a great deal of wiring or wall work as the electrical box was in the garage adjacent to the laundry room. Nonetheless, the cost ended up being more than $600...which we have come to learn was probably TWICE the amount we should have paid. We were "taken" - plain and simple.

Sent this company on a repair job and based on the photos and the info we'd sent them they told us that it would cost between $240 to $270 to "FINISH" the job... We are in California and they are in Florida... they went out early morning and finished the repair job, but then decided to help themselves to an extra $420 dollars of fees on TOP of what was quoted "WITHOUT" prior authorization from us. We only found out about this when we saw the charge on our card. We tried calling them to reason with them but they would not have it. So, now everyone knows how crapy their customer
