As a young man, Jeffery had a love of horses and the ranching way of life. He took up leather working to feed his artistic side while he paid his bills as a construction worker. He absorbed all he could from as many different saddle makers and artists who would help an eager learner. Take the stress out of designing and building your dream gate entrance by scheduling a phone consultation and/or shop tour. Your gate will be hand-crafted to your specifications after your approval of a professional drawing. Then, you may stop by our shop and monitor progress! We promise you will feel safer and prouder pulling up to a strong and beautiful custom gate.
It also needs to consistently work! Likely, your ranch gate is a long way from your house so you can't just walk out and open it for someone. The automatic features of your gate better work when they are supposed to or else it is just not worth it. Aberdeen Custom Gate & Iron has been building fences and gates in cow and horse country since 1997.

Even our most basic/simple gates stand out with a heftier, more durable look to them than the stock/cookie-cutter gates that you can buy elsewhere. That is because our gates are built to order.
To help you develop a budget, we have three price categories described below with pictures - essential, signature and legacy. We prefer you to come by our office so we can meet you in person, but because we ship gates nation wide, that is not an option for everyone. So, we'll set up an online video or phone consultation if in person is not an option.

We are so happy with our experience with Aberdeen Gate Company. Frankie and crew did an excellent job with the installation of automation on our ranch gates. Frankie was able to identify an issue we would have had with large trucks and trailers coming from the main road into the property and corrected it for us. Highly recommend Jeffery, Kathy and crew!!

Aberdeen installed a new gate opening mechanism at our house in Nov/Dec. The service person’s name was Frankie and he did a great job including digging a trench for the electrical. About a week ago, when I got home from work, I discovered that someone had left a package at our gate that got stuck and caused an obstruction. This caused the gate alarm to go off. I tried everything I could think of to shut it off but no luck. My husband was not home and the alarm is really loud so I was worried about it disturbing the neighbors. Taking a chance, I reached out to Frankie. I still had his cell phone

We own a horse ranch in Weatherford TX with an electric gate at the entry. Lightening storms this years and in the past have twice disabled our Entry gate from opening. We called Aberdeen Custom Gate & Iron and they responded quickly both times, and repaired our Gate's Liftmaster Radio Receiver. The technicians are helpful, polite, and very professional, as is the office staff. Their work is fairly priced. We have recommended this company to other ranch owners, twice and have heard they too are happy.

These guys are great! I first used Jeff to repair the existing entry gate to my ranch, and he did a first class job, going above and beyond to rectify issues which were not readily apparent to me at first, but which would have been big problems later on! Where they really shine is in their designs and their customer service! If you are thinking about designing a new gate or entry way, this is the company to call! In addition, they don't just disappear after they do the work, they stay in constant contact with me throughout the year and have a wonderful maintenance plan which helps to keep the gate

Very positive experience with the company. Jeffrey, his assistant Frankie, and his office manager, Kathy, were all very helpful. Jeff spent time tracking down the electrical problem with the gate opener. After ordering the correct part he remained in contact with us about delivery and installation time of the part. We would highly recommend this company based on our positive experience.
