Aj is the "real deal"! He is incredibly present and available when you are working with him. He knows what questions to ask and how to "re-frame" to get you to open up to new possibilities. It can be scary to step into your dreams that feel so impossible, or to take it from just a dream to actually doing that first step to make it real. So much unknown and what do you do to take that first step? And the second? And the third?
I think we need to have the support from someone else to make our dreams come true. They believe in us, they keep us focused and on track. They encourage and offer avenues. And that is why I knew I needed a mentor.

My time with Aj has been worth every moment. He has a way of asking the right questions to help you figure out exactly what you need to do. I think the hallmark of great questions and a great coach is they bring to the surface answers you never knew you already knew. Ultimately, this provides for a much more organic and authentic end product because you don't try to force yourself to the vision your coach has for you.
