My family and I stayed here over Columbus Day weekend we were happy that we chose this place. To be honest other reviews were discouraging and I was honestly nervous about our trip. Happily all my nerves went away when we walked into our little cabin. It was so cute and clean we had a fridge stove sink bathroom it was amazing. It was perfect for my family of 3 plus our furry family member. We were provided with pots pans utensils a toaster it was perfect. The only thing that I would critique is the beds, if you go bring some extra cushion with either a comforter or a sleeping bag etc. The property

Grounds not mowed or kept up. Down to two canoes. Office always locked. Her customer service is not great. She has no customer service skills. It's unfortunate the new owner is just wiping out the quaint traditional cabin camping experience, bulldozing everything and putting in a cookie cutter hotel and restaurant.

Save your money. My boyfriend and I rented a one bedroom cabin with a kitchenette. We were booked to stay for two nights, For $400 (with no television or internet) and ended up only staying from 3pm to 4am.. They are still taking money from my card.. The cabin looked nothing like it did on the website, it looked like it was just thrown together. The shower was barley big enough to fit one person, and the shower head was cracked. You got a bed, a table, a stove top, a refrigerator, a small toilet, a small shower and sink. We got two of everything for dishes, as well as some clean towels and wash

WARNING….Very poorly run. The grounds are poorly kept. Weeds growing from the gutters is not rustic charm! Spider webs and spiders all around the cabin and it wasn’t even Halloween. Common fire pit was like a frat party. Cans and bottles everywhere. We rented a slip and that turned into a problem.
Vacation wasn’t not as enjoyable as planned. This was our second time staying we gave it a pass last year because of covid-19 but it didn’t get better this year. The manager was insulting in our communications. The website is misleading and has false information on it.

This review is long over due . We have stayed here many years ago . Before YouTube and Google maps . House was always clean and it had all we needed . I think about three years ago my husband rented this place again and brought friends and family and it was filthy . They have been saying for years they sold the place . I went by today and asked and they said next what it won’t be around . So , this time they did sell it . We have great memories at this place . It was gem and sad to see it go. I am sure the whole area will be destroyed and many trees killed to make way for people to build here

A gorgeous Hidden Gem in the lake region. rustic and cozy cabins to give you the feel of camping without sleeping in a tent. Perfect for the family to get away relax and unplug. If that's the experience that you are seeking you will love this place. If you're looking for a hotel with all the amenities, this isn't the place for you. Small playground, Grill, picnic table, Community fire pits, clean beaches, fresh towels and linens, stovetop, coffee maker, toaster, and a full fridge. What more could you ask for? The only downfall is checkout is extremely early (9am) but that still doesn't take away
