I live in The Upper Peninsula & was in the Brighton / Ann Arbor Areas in early November for Medical Appointments. While there I needed some Exhaust work done on my Car. I was referred to Kovack's by a friend. I called to schedule a time, They were able to get me in Immediately. Kevin, was phenomenal, Brought me back to my Hotel, Clear across town. Awesome bunch of Mechanics! Pat was very friendly over the phone, he scheduled an appointment for an alignment on my '16 Malibu. My steering wheel was no longer straight, after the folks here worked on my car it came out perfect. They even inflated my tires to the proper pressure and road tested it to make sure the wheel was straight. Highly recommended by myself and several of my co-workers.

$1800 in service work, after getting home hood was open, when attempting to drive days later engine light was on, took back when driving back started overheating, got back to shop stemming almost loss of power, got it back fixed no charge they forgot to tighten down. Faulted the part! That's fine got back, parked again, when started again engine light back on, took it back and mentioned I have not drove car and strange why light was on, took offense of the comment.
Made it clear I was ok with any issues for me to pay. No problem... got the call they can't do transmission work may need to be taken

They are honest, treat you fairly, and are reasonably priced. There have been times when we've taken our car in for repair and they have either directed us to the dealership for repairs because they thought it was a defective part, or let us know when it might not make sense to throw repair money at an older vehicle - Kocach's lost the repair money for those jobs because of their honesty, but they gained a customer for life! Highly recommend them.

Kevin and his crew were very professional and did an amazing job aligning my vehicle. It's been modified and I've had it aligned by 2 other shops and still wasnt right. Kovach’s provides very reasonable pricing. Plus, their customer service is top notch, and they will not do anything to your vehicle before they give a reliable estimate. Also, I could tell by the way the employees interacted in the office and the shop that they work well as a team, which speaks volumes. Kovach’s is the most professional auto shop I’ve used in a long time, and I would definitely come here again.
