We built a new home with Andy Cummings and Med City Builders a little over 1.5 yrs ago and we love our new home. Andy was always on-time with our project and if any issues developed he was immediately here to discuss options and resolve the issue to our satisfaction.
If Andy was out of town he had Jennie and team following up on our schedule and build process, which they were all professional and pleasant to deal with.
We’ve built many new homes over my working career and have never had any contractor complete our home On-Time, but Andy and Med City had us moving in early ( less than 3 months

We built a home with Med City Builders in 2019. Before making a builder selection, we met with Andy concerning the building process. We appreciated his organized and thorough approach to our new home. Through many meetings and discussions we found Andy to be trustworthy, honest, and a good listener. During the quality construction, Andy and Jenni were available to help answer questions and make decisions. We appreciated Andy's creative approach to design. His ideas carried out our vision. We are so happy with our home and would definitely use Med City Builders again.

Out of all the builders we have worked with Med City is one of the best. they are very knowledgeable , courteous and really care about the finished product. Andy and Jenny are great to work with and will listen to anyone's input if it helps them put out a better product. we would recommend them to anyone at anytime.

Boy, I cannot say enough good about Andy and his team!
After a nasty hail storm, I began looking for roof replacement. I was referred to Andy by a neighbor who said "I don't know if he specializes in roofs, but if you want a "no-problem" project manager, Andy's your guy!"
I called Andy on a Thursday, I had an inspection, a bid and color sample boards on Friday (BTW---he handled the insurance guy, too).
We selected the color over the weekend and let Andy & his team know on Monday we were ready to move forward.
Andy called Monday evening and asked if Thursday would be a good time to start. We

after ten years the craftsmanship shows. Unfortunately in 2017 we learned of a problem with the community septic system in the subdivision. The issue was created by the subdivision developer and
not by Andy or Med City Builders. Andy worked with us to correct the problem even though he didn't have to. It became apparent his reputation is important to him and he wants his customers to be happy

Med City Builders built our home in 2006. It was extremely well built and Andy has stood by his work from day 1. We had a few minor issues that were taken care of immediately. About 4-5 years after it was built some pipes started leaking. We called Andy right away while he was out of town and the plumber was here immediately. It turned out the fittings had been recalled and there was a class action lawsuit with the company who originally produced them. Andy took care of all of it immediately. 12 years later, our house is absolutely rock solid and we have had no problems. Andy is a very competent
