Super awesome staff and efficient. Big shout-out to Matt. The wife and I came by and Matt answered all of our questions. Things get scary when you don't know an answer but Matt was level-headed and put our concerns to rest. We ended up getting PureSPC Max vinyl and it looks b-e-a-u-tiful after the install. My wife and I went here because we were recommended from family and friends. They didn't try to pressure us to buy something that we didn't want. They let us take home samples so that we could try the flooring out in all the rooms that we wanted to change out the flooring. They gave great recommendations for different types of flooring. They up and honest about pricing before we made our decision. Everything was decently priced. When it came time for the flooring to actually be put in, they gave us a decent window of time. If I can give negative stars I would. The sales guy Ben was great work looked good but left mess and either stole all of my tools out of the home; or att at fault do to leaving the back door unlocked. This was a home purchased for my grandfather that I was fixing up for him to move in. They were aware that I wasn't planning on coming back and never called me to ask if I was coming back I prepaid for the work being done so didn't have any need to come back. Needless to say a $1000 carpet job ended up costing me $3000 in tool expense loss. The owner Terry claims they aren't at fault

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER... I held off writting this review; however it would be wrong not to share. Frankly, we should have paid attention to the less than positive or neutral reviews! Our rush to complete a project, became a major lesson learned.
We were in the middle of a large re-flooring project. After having worked with a well known business, we switched to Carpets Plus to finish our wood flooring and remaining carpet project. We were assured matching the previously installed carpet would not be an issue and the owner personally, came to our home with a sample book to help with the match

We replaced the carpet and tile in our home. Terry, the owner at Carpets Plus, was amazing. He came came out and took measurements for an accurate quote. We ordered carpet and luxury vinyl flooring through them. The other employees spent a lot of time with us figuring out exactly what we wanted and would fit into our budget. We called many places and Terry was able to get us the best price. I can't recommend Terry and his team highly enough!

We ordered our LVP floors from Carpets Plus and had them installed by their crew. The floors are exactly what we wanted and the installation was flawless. The sales staff at the store was professional and the install crew was great. The stores showroom had tons of samples for us to look at...I will use them again for my flooring needs.

I read the reviews here and based on that, decided to visit Carpets Plus to look in to choosing new flooring for my house. My experience was much like what others have posted. I got hand scraped hickory hardwood floors, new baseboards, and new carpeting for 2 bedrooms. I could not be more pleased with the result, the integrity of everyone I came in contact with. Well we decided to go with laminate and did price comparisons with a large business (let's call the "joes") and Carpet Plus. To remove tile/carpet and install laminate for approx 710 sq ft was over $1,000 difference in price-Carpet plus the better deal. Gary was great.
