Purchased Simplicity mower. It was the best experience one could imagine buying a lawnmower. Experienced knowledgeble and quite the customer experience in Vickie.

They had it for a little while cause it was peak season but they did a great job it looked like a new mower and runs like one. They do good work.

Excellent service. Fair and honest mechanics charging reasonable prices. Been going there for years. Owners are mechanics which is always a good sign.

Just purchased a new utv, had a great experience, staff is very knowledgeable about their products they have been able to answer all of our questions and address all of our concerns. They are willing to go the extra mile for their customers, couldn't ask for better customer service. Would definitely recommend them to anyone

Pros: Able to order the part that I needed for my mower and get in a timely manner. This fulfilled my need to repair my mower.
Cons: Customer service; When I called about the needed part, did not pay attention to the details for what I was looking for an done told me they stocked the part I needed for my mower. Correct part was not in stock when I arrived, had to order part. This forced a second trip wasting my time.
When I returned to pick up and purchase the part, the lady at the counter was on the phone the entire course of my transaction. Not the greatest example of professionalism.

Good service and sales. Bought my UTV there and take it back for service every time it needs it.

Service times are horrible. We purchased our UTV here and each time it needs to go in for service or a warranty repair the wait time is weeks. Currently our UTV has been in their shop for 2 months. Lack of communication during these 2 months also. Completely unacceptable. If you're ok with paying for something that spends more time in the shop then you're home go for it, otherwise buy from somewhere else.
