I would highly recommend going with another company that gets your order right the first time and shows some respectfulness to the homeowner. My shutters were not made as ordered, Michelle set up an appointment for the following week to fix it. I voiced my concern about added covid-19 traffic throughout my home and the cutting inside making a mess. She said they would put tarp down and it would be quick. The initial install took almost two hours and the two guys didn't wear booties because they were "in and out" of the house. After they left I had a big mess to clean up. The follow up appointment

I bought my shutters in the middle of the holiday season so the did take a little longer than expected but totally understandable. They were very good keeping my informed and when they came to install they were the nicest people ever. Very professional but very personable. Mind you I was going through a remodel, they were favorite people through the WHOLE thing !

I placed my order for shutters for my downstairs windows right before all the COVID 19 shutdowns occurred. Heritage shutters was very communicative and made sure I was aware of what would happen to the timeline of my shutters and installation. Once my shutters were installed, they were so incredible, I immediately called and set up my appointment for the upstairs to also be completed. Heritage Shutters did a fantastic job on our shutters and I would definitely use them again. Our home is over 40 years old with not so even or straight walls. Wes, who completed the installation, made sure the shutters were even and spaced perfectly. The shutters are a definite improvement over the shears and shades that were already installed, giving our home a more current and timeless look.

This is the only shutter you should consider if you are a discerning buyer! I have had Hunter Douglas Shutters and the less expensive version of those equivalent a Norman shutter. Not even remotely close in… look, sturdieness and durability. These are unreal! They look like furniture and they are so solid. Don’t even look at anything else. If you like quality, buy these custom Heritage wood shutters. You will love them. The price was only 14% more than The lowest bid on Norman blinds.

Never had shutters done but the co was started by my uncleJim and my aunt Lee. Loved them both. As time went on Jims son bought the company and from the responses I see on here they are dong a fine job with the company. Keep up the good work Tim and family. I have not been able to get in touch with uncle Jim for some time now so I assume he has passed on.
