I own a towing company on 45th and Colfax. I contacted this company prior to dropping off my vehicle for repair on a cylinder! They told me they could do the work and would start ASAP. They told me it could take up to a week but that they would get it done! I never received a call and then I happened to see my truck somewhere else at another shop. Fast forward the week I call to check on the truck and they had no answers. I went to my truck and saw that they hadn’t even so much as touched my truck! Absolutely horrible service and ownership
