Jim Shaw Founded Hydro Pacific with his wife Denise in 2004. He is proud that the atmosphere has always been family like. Treating all people fairly. He is rarely seen because he is a music fanatic and enjoys seeing and hearing has much grateful dead as possible. I'm from fort bragg, I was in ukiah and wanted to see what they had. they were a little disorganized and it almost cost them about $1200 in sales, but i noticed the hps lights i was looking for even though they told me they didn't have any, turns out they had a whole pallet. I did leave without buying the grow tent i wanted that they said they had in stock, because when they went to look, they couldn't find them. just like the lights, i'm assuming they were there somewhere. or there computer systems needs updating. things moved slow... (laid back a bit) but i liked it

To high of prices. To long of a wait.7 people infront of me finaly after way to long a nother costomer got down what I needed from ay up out of reach.He told me the pros and cons and suggested checking walmart first. They had something similar for 18 dollars. 80 was what this store was charging. Friedman Bro had it for 40 dollars.

I try to include at least one piece of constructive criticism so it doesnt seem like I'm biased or a robot, but nothing really comes to mind. Maybe it would be good if pricing labels were easier to find, but with the high product turnover and new products coming to market almost weekly, it is probably more difficult than it sounds I think. Full service garden shop. Hydro has a great selection packed into a relatively small sales area. Staff is hit or miss, some are great others are not as knowledgeable. Also they offer what seems to be a per priority nutrient line. Can't tell if it's good or bad but sales people always try to funnel you into it.
