Dr. David Trylovich is a native of Chicago. He grew up near Wrigley Field - home of the Chicago Cubs. He attended Loyola University Dental School and received his Periodontal Training at the University of Missouri. As a periodontist, he is specially trained in periodontal plastic surgery, dental implants, and gum disease therapy.
Gum recession is the progressive loss of gum tissue. It can occur at any stage of life, but is most common in adults over the age of 40. Gum recession is a gradual process, and can be difficult to diagnose in the earliest stages of development.

I went to Dr. Gifford a few years ago for a dreaded implant. I had had two done before and dreaded going through that ever again. Dr. Gifford did one absolutely painless abstraction and implant, he asked if I wanted to do the other one at the same time! I said why not? He is an incredible periodontist but he’s a genuine person. I have been diagnosed with cancer. He has been extremely thoughtful of that throughout our process. I would recommend periodontics limited to anyone. They are simply the best at what they do

Dr Gifford and his staff are the best. I was referred by numerous people, including my dentist, as the doctor is really one of the best in his field. He will take time to answer all your questions and is a genuinely down to earth guy. His staff is also helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable as well. They walked me through the process of getting a gum graft from the before and after care to working with me with the payment. Will definitely return if I need any future work. Very happy with my results!

Dr. Gifford and staff are top-notch! Everyone is so professional and friendly! They make you feel welcome. For every appointment, I never wait long before I’m called. I had a tooth extraction and during it, they were training someone. Dr. Gifford was so calm and patient. Even when correcting her, he spoke to her in a professional manner. Every time I spoke with Dr. Gifford, I did not feel rushed and he was focused on me. He makes me feel like he truly cares.

The team was personable and very sweet. They made every effort to work with my schedule and accommodate any scheduling changes that I had, which I greatly appreciated. They worked cooperatively with my dentist and my orthodontist to make sure that I was set up for success regarding all treatments and procedures, and they made the process feel seamless. Dr. Giffords office has been outstanding. If I could give extra stars, I would. Doctors and dentist are at the top of my fear list and he made the entire experience at his office stress free. The issue with this doctor is not his technical expertise, but his very poor skills with his patient. My wife was very apprehensive about her procedure, and instead of reassuring and calming her, she was pressured to decide on treatment very quickly.

I would like to commend Doctor Brian Mantor and his staff at Periodontics Limited. The Veterans Administration Dental Clinic referred me to Dr. Mantor for surgical removal of an erupted tooth and ridge preservation. It was extremely easy and quick to schedule the appointment and when I arrived, I was greeted with a warm, friendly smile from the receptionist. I was referred to this office from my dentist who I trust and I can't speak on behalf of the other doctors here, but the one I dealt with was rude, arrogant and incredibly disrespectful. Not only was his tone sales pitchy but he also seemed annoyed at my questions and concerns. Also made judgemental remarks about the current condition of my gums (something I'm obviously seeking treatment for). I even noticed the hygienist giving me a sad look to make sure I was ok when he left the room. There's a way to deliver information on treatment needed and this dr. does not know how to speak

Dr.Trylovich did my gum procedure and all I can say is wow! I am amazed at the work he did! I was never confident with my smile as my gums came down rather low and were uneven, so one side came down even lower on the one side. A procedure like this can be nerve wracking because at the end of the day it IS you face and your smile, the first thing people see and remember about you. I couldn't have woke up happier with my smile! The day of was so calm and smooth, and the days following, and check ups as well were all pleasant. The staff is wonderful and Dr.Trylovich is incredible at what he does

I was referred years ago after moving by my Periodontist in Phoenix. Dr. Trylovich and his team are friendly, skilled, and very caring. After oral surgery, I even get an evening "How you doing?" call. Looks to me like any negative reviews appear to be with an individual's insurance coverage, not with this office or the staff of pro's. They're the best!

I was referred to Dr. Trylovich for a grafting procedure. I came for an exam and was told after my exam that my insurance won't cover a dime of my exam or procedure. I gave them my insurance cards when i filled out my new patient information and they never cared to mention to me that I should find a periodontist that will take my insurance (even partially), not knowing that my insurance won't cover any of this $2200 procedure that I need. I paid $165 for the exam and have to do it all over again. This staff needs to let patients know if they do or don't take their insurance.

I was referred to Dr. Trylovich by another dentist for crown lengthening and I am so happy I went to them!!! The entire staff was amazing. Dr. Trylovich did a wonderful job and I am so happy with the results. This procedure is definitely an investment, but it was so worth it and I would highly recommend going to them for great results and friendly service.

Insurance coverage was limited of course for this particular procedure so I was grateful when I found out they would give me a discount for paying cash.
The office is not super easy to find as they are within a large complex on the corner of W. Charleston and Valley View Blvd, but my best advice is to enter from W. Charleston Blvd, and look up. The doctors names are listed on the side of the building. Once inside, the office is clean and

I cant begin to tell you how pleased I am with DR Brian Mantor. What I had done was very long process but DR Mantor was unbelievable. i totally trust him, 100%. He has just a way to make you feel comfortable at the time your anxiety level is at the peak. I am so thankful that my dentist referred me to him. On another note, everyone in the office is very friendly. I am so appreciative of the fact that when you have appointment they are ready for you at that time.

Dr. Gifford and his staff are amazing. I was very nervous and everyone there eased my worries as soon as I walked in. I never felt the shots to numb my mouth and his staff made sure I had proper instructions post surgery. I even left with the ice pack and Advil.
Follow up appointments were quick and never had a problem with the billing of my insurance.
Overall it was a great experience for a bad situation.

Dr. Gifford is the most amazing professional, ethical, kind, concerned man. He is a gentleman and a genius. His patience is never ending and he treated me with the utmost respect and kindness.
I had a big procedure done and I was extremely hesitant and overwhelmed. No matter HOW many times I needed to speak with him or his staff, I was shown unlimited patience and concern.

Just had a crown lengthening procedure performed today by Dr. Goaslind, and I couldn't be happier with the results. My teeth look beautiful even though my gums will take several weeks to heal so I can't imagine how great they will look when fully healed and when my braces are removed!
I had IV "twilight" sedation and I don't remember the procedure, no pain, no swelling, no nothing negative! So if you're squeamish or the slightest bit nervous about having surgery, never fear and opt for IV sedation.
