A It locks and unlocks the back wheel base. The lever must be in the lock position in order for your throttle to work. If it is in the unlock position, and you turn the key on, the scooter will beep and you must turn the key off and switch the lever back to the lock position before turning your key back on.

They were so friendly and helpful. We decided to rent a scooter from here instead of waiting to rent one in Gaithersburg and thank God we did! All the scooters were gone at the scooter rental location in Gaithersburg. It's only 10 minutes away. Plus the staff here helped teach us how to break the scooter down to fit in our vehicle. This was a great option and on our next visit we will definitely use their services again! They had many options available for us to choose from to fit our needs.

We rented a scooter here for a day and it was only $50 the other place wanted a minimum 2-day rental($100), but this place is the best to go to!!! The guys are nice and Hunter was awesome. We ended bringing it back because the scooter was super heavy for me to lift in and out of the car, so he refunded me the difference. Need a scooter? GO HERE!!

We rented from Jerry a couple of years ago. Two scooters, one for my wife and one for my mother. Jerry then was very helpful and worked with us on the best scooters for our needs. When ready to purchase one for my wife, I went back to them. I had looked around all over the net and found what I wanted. Jerry ordered it for me and had it in in a very short time. We made the 5+ hour trip up to pick it up and spend the weekend in the area. VERY EXCELLENT SERVICE! I will tell everyone to purchase/rent from this location!

We absolutely ❤ Jerry and his crew. They have always been helpful and super nice everytime we have used them. So next time you are in town and need to rent a scooter, check them out. They are easy to find located just before McDonald's on the Pigeon Forge parkway, by Subway. If it is going to be a busy season you might want to call and reserve one in advance.
